Luxurious three star plus complex. It consists of two buildings and also provides facilities like restaurant, lounge bar, pool bar, conference hall, mini club for its little ones and a massage cabinet. On the premises there is also free WIFI Internet. It is situated approximately 10 miters from the sea coast and 300 miters from the center of the resort where you can find everything you desire. From groceries and gift shops to many traditional and exotic bars and restaurants. Also you can find the bus station there from which you can reach every desired destination on the seaside of Bulgaria.The hotel consists of 7 double rooms, 59 family rooms (a double room with an additional extension sofa) and 8 apartments which are composed of living room with an extension sofa and another room with two beds. Every room is equipped with a TV with satellite programs, mini bar, telephone, safe, hair drier and a balcony. When needed the hotel provide baby cots for infants below 6 years. The main block of the hotel has central air conditioning as in the second one there are separate air conditioners in every room. The sun beds and umbrellas on the beach in front of the hotel are free of charge and for a small amount of money you can treat yourself with all kinds of water sports.

The good:
Near the beach
Has the option "all inclusive"
They allow you to stay with a small (max 10kg) dog
All rooms have see view
The bad:
The hotel is understaffed
The rooms need a full cleaning and renovation
The bathroom smells really bad
The food is 95% the same every day
The tables are not enough, you can sit and wait for a table even an half of a hour
If you are not in the restaurant at the opening hours there will be some sentiments that you will miss
The playground only opens after 16.00 and there is nobody who supervises the cildren
The extended couche is trash - almost you cannot sleep on it
We received dirty bed linings
Does not matter how many adults stay in one appartment you will receive only one key
No Wifi except the reception
All the drinks are from concentrate (even the wine)
They serve the drinks in plastic cups
All the alcohol is from the same local brand in 3l bottles and have the same color
The cabin shower was broken and never fixed
We had the surprise that we couldn't pay with credit card (only cash)

- Big and clean room
- Dogs are accepted
- All-inclusive option
Negatives:
- Non-professional and arrogant personnel, only the boys on the hotel bar are smiling and more adequate
- Too many stairs
- No place (bar) on the beach for taking drinks/food, you must go up and down to dozens of stairs for every single drink
- Not convenient for baby carriage
- Low quality alchohol
- Lacking variety of food and especially sea food

WOW, thank you for your feedback. We do not know how to comment on your review, really. But we have the urge to do it:) Overall the stairs have been there from the beginning of time and no one wrote nowhere that there is another access to the beach. Again how can you expect to be a bar on the beach if it is not existing(maybe it was a suggestion?!). Our alcohol is All Inclusive and we are a 3-star hotel, maybe your expectations were... Again All Inclusive food in a 3-star hotel, and again extraordinary expectations... Thank you for your conclusion. It suites us very much:)

We stayed at Theopolis for 8 nights and we found the entire holiday extremly enjoyable, perfect for us. I will begin with the staff and hotel management. They were extremely kind and attentive, always trying to help us with any requests we made. The communication was stunning and we really appreciated. To us, out of the staff, Zhive in the lobby bar, with her delicious cocktails and Stanislava, the cleaning lady stand out. They were always with a smile on their face and Stanislava even spoke to us in Romanian. We absolutely felt at home thanks to her and the cleanliness was perfect, done every day. Regarding the food, we found it tasty and with enough options for anybody. The barbeque was great, we utterly enjoyed it. Plus, because the restaurant was sea side, enjoying the sea breeze was a very nice perk while dining. Another thing that we really loved were the free sun beds, as we went every single day to the beach. The free parking was great, as well. As a nice touch, the hotel also sent up to my room a bottle of sparkling wine and a card for my birthday. Overall, it was a stunning holiday for our group and we would gladly recommend this hotel for a lovely time in Obzor.

Just avoid. Really poor hotelEverything in this hotel is FAKE.The food is poor, dirty cutlery and not enough,alcohol is not real - FAKE. The staff is ruthless, says kids club no kids club.

The hotel has unique location - right in front of the sea and all rooms have sea view. However, that's the only positive thing I can write about it. The staff is extremly incompetent and unwilling to help. This refers to the receptionist, the waitresses, even the restaurant manager. The room I was staying was spacious but it definitely needs renovation.

Don't foul yourself thinking it is a great deal! It is not! You will be dissapointed! It will be better if you pay extra 20 eur/room/night for another hotel. Excepting the size of the room and furniture I would rate it 2+, but never 3* or 4* as it is rated now. Food is horrible, beds, towels are not clean, no place for entertainment, small hotel, poor facilities. the only positive thing is the size of the room, but this is not important for a sea vacation. Skip it!

Hi all on arrival we were greeted with one ignorant receptionist who took us to our room but on arrival at room it was not ready there was rubbish on the floor she quickly said leave cases in room and follow me she dumped us in a so called restaurant doorway and her words were go eat taking into account that this is now 3pm we just wanted to relax and unwind in our room then day 4 into holiday from hell the cleaners helped thereselfs to about 11 Bulgarian lev of loose change left in the room we have hated this hotel and staff with a passion such ignorant people my advice is come to obzor but please don't stay at this hotel especially if your English there's so much I could say food horrible wasps everywhere even the sugar bottles no kettle in room no beach towels no clean bedding the list goes on avoid if you've got any sense

W pokoju nie ma czajnika i żadnych naczyń. Kawa
i herbata oraz inne napoje są dostępne w barach: przy recepcji (podobno bardzo dobra) i na tarasie obok restauracji. Na plaży nie ma baru.
Nie ma baru na plaży. Ogólnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Maja niby w ofercie leżaki i parasole na plaży ale aby się na nie załapać trzeba o 6 rano wyjść i rezerwować a przy mini basenie jest max 10 leżaków.
