Since we liked our previous stay in this hotel, we got back for a week of skiing this year. Everything is taken care off, a nice welcome, a delightful breakfast, nice rooms, the ski pass and do not forget the excellent dinners.

Booked to stay in the apartment for a family holiday. Well equipped for winter or summer, food excellent, hospitality outstanding and very cosy! Spa facilities are really nice after skiing. About a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the hotel, or 5 if you cut across the field in good weather. Neustift centre is also a 10 minute walk....

We stayed at the hotel from 23/1-28/1 and had a fabulous time. The rooms are clean, the spa area relaxing and the staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was plenty, with a good selection and dinner was delicious. Also, don't miss out on the toboggan experience , it's a crazy ride in every way, but definitely worth it!

This is a wonderful hotel, which we couldn't fault. Hans and his lovely, helpful team made us feel so welcome and their efforts in organising extras such as apres-ski, Rodelabend and the Gala dinner added greatly to the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The attention to detail makes this a very special place. The food was incredible, and way...

Hotel is very average. Rooms have a good size bed, nothing incredibly great but nothing poor either. Breakfast was great which was a total surprise. Smoke Salmon, caviar, basic cheeses and bread. Only complaint is no AC is the room, which during 32 degree heat was terrible. We had a tiny fan in the room which was loud and didn't...

We chose the Brunnenhof on the consistently good recommendations of past guests and were not disappointed. Owner Hans and his lovely waitresses did everything they could to make us welcome and cater for our every need. The food in particular was outstanding, and we looked forward to every meal. This is not a standardised corporate hotel, but a typically Austrian...

We've been coming here since 2000. Hotel Brunnenhof is the only hotel we consider, this due to value for money. It states only 3stars but the hotel well deserves 4stars! The rooms are very tidy, the wellness exceptionnal and the breakfast/dinner perfect. See you next year Hansi!

We spent 4 nights at this familyrun hotel. Very friendly staff and owner Hans. We really enjoyed the half-board option with a lovely breakfast and delicous 4-5 course dinner meal. Bus up to the glacier every hour. The bus ride takes 25 min and then you use the lift system to get to the top. Hans (the onwer) got the...
