We stayed for 2nights in a cabin, spotless and fully equipped. Owner Vanessa was very helpful and friendly. Definitely a spot to stay for a few nights while exploring the gemfields. Wash station in the park so bring your stone bags back to park. Great spot.

The Park's new Management have the park grounds looking great, amenities are clean and showers are hot!!! Shady sites with slabs. Perfect spot to find your own gems!! Park close to pub and cafe, jewellery shops, and easy walk to do a mine tour and find your own sappires in buckets of wash!! We'll keep coming back here again and... More

This would have to be most awful place I have seen. The amenities are outdated and unclean. They need to do something about the sewerage smell, it's really makes you feel sick. I'm wouldn't say the pool was very clean either. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great little caravan park, opposite the pub. New owners have been there a short time but I'm sure they'll do well. We stayed for 2 days and the owners couldn't do enough for you. They put on a hot dog night for the campers the first night and come to sites for a quick visit and chat. The amenities were... More

We were in Rubyvale for about 12hours a few weeks ago and we parked for the night at Rubyvale Caravan Park. It was clean, quiet, close to everything in Rubyvale and well set up. The managers are great, very friendly and accommodating even with our irregular hours and requests. We were very happy with our one night stay and only... More

Situated across the road from a delightful pub, the Rubyvale Caravan Park is a gem in the gemfields. New owners of 6 weeks are doing everything right so far. The previous owner had a reputation for being a bit short with people and having lots of regulations. We were trying to escape a lot of unseasonal rain and were pleased... More

Stayed 2 nights and the new owners couldn't do enough for you. Quiet spot close to all amenities, inluding pub, coffee and several gem shops in town. Couldn't fault it. A bit dated but clean. B & J, Brisbane.

What a difference people make. Visited here a year ago and were met by rude and unfriendly office staff. Vowed not to return even though the park is perfect for our needs. Saw that there were new managers so decided to give it another go. So pleased we did. This time the manager could not have been more helpful. Even... More

A friendly quaint park. Equipt with simple facilities and everything you need. Even down to a wash tray for your daily fossicking spoils. A short walk to anything you need. Plus lots of locals tips from dining to mines.

We recently stayed in this caravan park, in one of their units. The unit was lovely and clean, well equipped and within an easy walk to the centre of Rubyvale. The unit had a great heater and there was aircon and a fan as well. The park itself provides numerous sites to choose from in shady areas. There is a camp... More
