We have just got home from a 2 night break at this hotel and are still very confused as to why it has been given a 3 star as I haven't stayed in better 4-5 Cleanliness Perfect! This is my area and I am very observant with regards to cleanliness and we had a perfect room and bathroom. The pubic...

We arrived early and the hotel were very happy to accommodate us and as it was my birthday they did offer us an upgraded room. We decided to stick with our booking as wanted a balcony. The decor was very tasteful and everything was spotless. The balcony was a little disappointing as it had a glass conservatory sticking up but...

We had a delicious meal here on a very cold and windy day. The fire was roaring ( looked and felt real but I don't remember if it was!) .. great views.. helpful staff. There was lots of parking. I would recommend booking in advance as it appeared that most tables were taken or reserved.

The toilets could have done with more checks as there was toilet roll all over the floor and soap all around the sinks (minor issue). However, the service at dinner could do with addressing. We waited almost 2...

Now it has had a makeover and is more open and bright than before. It still has great, open cliff-top views from massive windows, plenty...
