I was at the hotel for a booked lunch with my family and we were so impressed with how the young staff members handled some members of the public . It was a warm sunny day therefore there were many day trippers to the beach .A large crowd of people came into the hotel to use the toilet facilities , the staff politely asked the many adults to wear a mask ,under current covid rules ,as they walked to the toilets. They all refused and were insistent that they were going to carry on to the toilets without masks , some just blatantly ignored the staff and some were rude to the staff . All the young members of staff were so professional and stayed calm and polite despite taking abuse. You shouldnt have to put up with that but well done to you all .

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Staff lovely and friendly and excellent service (especially Mehmet who looked after us so well). Highly recommend for a night or two. The beach is outstanding as well. Loved our day and night away. Will definitely be back

Visited with my partner for a drink. Plenty of empty tables inside and out. Lots of staff running around. But we weren’t allowed to sit for a drink. They said no walk ins. We sat outside and watched them accept walk in after walk in after us. I am not going to accuse anyone of anything but I felt judged and if it was because we look young and we are gay ? I’m not sure. We are 25 years old and we have never felt like this in a venue in the UK. Very disappointed.

The staff are lovely, the food is great and the rooms are ideal for everyone. We had a family room and a double room. The family room is so spacious and the double room had a lovely sea view. Everywhere is very COVID-secure and felt very safe. We can't wait to come back again!
