We stayed here 2 nights prior to the start of the Camino Ingles. It was a little tricky to find the hotel to begin with but there is actually lots of signage pointing the way once you get acclimatized with how the downtown is oriented. had an issue when I arrived having left my purse in the taxi from the airport. The gentleman at the front desk could see my distress and helped us by making some phone calls to see if we could locate the taxi driver. A happy ending when the driver came in with my purse. While my tour company just said we can’t help since you didn’t book the taxi with us, the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to try and help me. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The street is a little noisy but that is typical in a Spanish city. It is centrally located, close to anything you would need including a supermercado if you need supplies prior to starting your walk. We really enjoyed the Bla Bla Cafe which is close by as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay and your kind assistance.

I stayed here prior to walking the Camino Ingles. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the bus station, and once you figure out the Ferrol street grid system, then locating it is easy. The booking in process was simple, and the staff were both helpful and polite. My room was clean, tidy and spacious. The shower was excellent. There was ample breakfast, in a friendly restaurant area. There were several restaurants nearby and the staff were able to recommend one to me, which met my needs perfectly. All in all, an excellent stay, and one that I recommend to any one visiting Ferrol.

This hotel was comfortable. It is located about a 20 min walk from the train and bus stations. We were received with a friendly greeting and made feel welcome. The reception staff are very happy to help with any questions and had suggestions for places to eat. They even called a restaurant to reserve a table for us. The room was a mix of outdated and updated. So you can tell they have tried to maintain things a best as they can without have to do an overhaul of the decor. Perhaps maybe Ferrol will receive more tourists and it will make it worthwhile upgrading the rooms but for now it has everything you want and is clean. The room was quiet but you can hear some passing outside noise. It is not bothersome as it isn't constant. It is close shops which is convenient. Overall, a great stay because of the lovely staff and would recommend if you aren't bothered by decor.

Great place to stay. Easy to find, a short walk from the Bus Station. We got the bus from Santiago to start our Camino walk. Superbly decorated good rooms a great breakfast buffet. Again a short walk to the Camino start point and office.
