I liked the place. It is really worth 3 stars and almost fully met my expectations: wonderful sea view (pool side), polite and attentive staff speaking English, Russian and Spanish. Compact rooms are with a balcony, which is comfortable enough to sit for two persons. Beach is 5 min walking, train station to Barcelona 8 min (70 min to Sagrada Familia), 15 min to a city mall and Carefour hypermarket. The only thing I was disappointed - room's cleaning. Even after we started giving 2 euro tips on a daily basis, the only bed, floor around the bed and bathroom were cleaned. We had a lot of dust in the room to the end of our journey. We took the only breakfast included. As well as we had hotel supper twice for 16 euro for a person. Food wasn't delicious, which was expected. I would not recommend all inclusive here. If you prefer a sleep to the beautiful view, do not take a pool view, because you will have a lot of noise in the night. I prefer the view and earplugs :) Good value for money

A 2 star hotel at best. Very dated needs an overhaul and a decent chef. New hotplate wouldn't go amiss. Small plates under heat lights definitely not ideal. We were half board. Never had breakfast so cannot comment. Food terrible. Bean soup every night which could be mushroom, noodle or some other packet concoction. Bar prices are scandalous. 6.30 for a Kopperberg cider and 3.40 small beer total rip off. Lady behind the bar needs a new vocation. Only pleasant person we saw all week was the blonde lady in the dining room. Weather didn't help but that's not the hotels fault. As numerous reviews have stated thin walls dated furniture rusty balcony etc etc. Go with very low expectations. Better hotels around for what you pay.

Where should I start. Sorry to say but one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, We were in for abit of shock when coach just dropped us off on a random pavement & for the price I paid was not worth it all… The first night we went out I genuinely felt like I was somewhere in Blackpool.Only decent part of the hotel is the garden/entrance even then it’s rather bizarre, as you have to walk through garden to go to reception & if you’re lucky enough to go when people are sat outside, you will have a nice audience watch you! Food variety was very limited not ideal if you don’t eat meat and they don’t even offer basics like hash brown, They also charge extra for fizzy drinks which is normally free in other hotels. Room wise when booked hotel we were told we would have a balcony view, only every room has a balcony and our view was the back of hotel where all the trash bins and delivery takes place and staff smoking area. walls were thin, both beds were very squeaky, room was not cleaned daily, toilet flush would only work once and not work for ages, bath was dirty , fridge also a complete waste of space not even cold, there was only one socket to use. It also appears they only have thin blankets so one night we we’re absolutely freezing & following night we slept with heating on thank god that worked! Also when you are trying to sleep, people are shouting in the corridor at random hours of the night. Staff don’t really seem like they enjoy their job if you ask for something have to wait ages and they forget…and Majority of their clientele seemed to be loud non classy northerners who you can spot from miles away are on a cheap & cheerful holiday. Thank god we spent 90% of our time outside the hotel, I would go back to the strip but next time opt for a better hotel next time, as this was the main let down of our holiday, hotel needs a revamp internet pics are very deceiving.

We booked this last minute and weren’t expecting a luxury hotel due to the price we paid. Cheap and cheerful is definitely what you get here. The transfer coach dropped us round the corner and we had to walk with our luggage, not ideal after a long journey. The outside of the hotel is quite pleasant with a nice garden area next to the pool. Inside the hotel was very dated and run down. The first room we were given overlooked some waste ground and the dustbins. We asked to change to to a pool view room which was done without any issues. There was someone else doing the same so I guess they try and get rid of the rooms at the back first expecting people to complain. The room we ended up with was very small and the decor was from the 70’s, complete with cigarette burns in the curtains . The rooms are in serious need of refurbishment. The bathroom was tiny, a masterclass in how to fit a bathroom into a cupboard. On the last morning when I switched the shower on a horrendous noise came from the toilet and brown water came out of the shower and toilet. Very unpleasant! The room was fairly clean but the fridge didn’t work and there is no hair dryer. As others have said, the walls are very thin and you can hear people in neighbouring rooms and the corridor. Our next door neighbours had a huge argument late one night and we could hear everything. It sounded like it was getting violent at one point and was quite scary. We tried to call reception but no answer. Not much in the way of entertainment, I think there was a disco or karaoke for a couple of hours most evenings. We could hear it from our room but didn’t participate so can’t really comment. Food - poor quality and cold with limited choices. We did manage to find something to eat at each meal and we’re glad we’d gone half board not fully inclusive as we had a decent lunch while out and about each day. We used the hotel as a base for exploring the area. It’s a five minute walk to the train station and was €11 return to Barcelona which was a good day out. The beach was quiet and lovely. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby,. The old town area is nice and there’s a free vernacular railway up to a lovely park with beautiful views across the town and down the coast. The coach for the airport didn’t turn up for our return journey, some people paid €100 euros for taxis but eventually another coach arrived over an hour late. It was the scariest journey I’ve ever had. The driver spent half the journey looking at his phone, nearly hit someone on a pedestrian crossing and had several near misses on the motorway. When we got to the airport, he went the wrong way, got the coach wedged in a gap far too small and hit a gantry! We would not return to this hotel and we’re glad we were only there for 4 nights.

Booked this in January for a week away, read the reviews and thought this will be ok, well how wrong was i Beds were rock solid rooms not very clean, they have a Fridge in the room but you cant use unless you have a key from reception (which they are short of). Staff not very friendly its like they cant be bothered, well the food were do i start .... Pork most of the week but ALL the food was COLD i asked to speak to the chef as I'm a Celiac he told me what i can and cant eat which was great but by the middle of the week he wasn't impressed that i kept asking for help all i could have for pudding was jelly, i emailed the hotel months before we went to ask about Gluten -Free and no on bothered to come back to me, i asked when i got to the hotel and she said when i emailed they would have been shut and they don't follow up on there emails that's not good business. The pool is very small and limited amount of beds there is nowhere to easy sit only hard plastic and metal chairs, so if the weather is bad you either sit on those or in your room. The rooms are small no hairdryers, most of the fridges don't work the walls are very thin you can even here people just talking If you want a relaxing holiday DONT GO HERE We ate out 4 times due to the food being cold and no choice shout out to Kings Restaurant there food amazing and staff - Gluten Free menu Crown & Anchor great English Breakfast run by English service was great

Me and my partner stayed here in may 2023. The actual look of the hotel is quite nice and the outside area is pretty. However the rooms are fairly dated, the walls are paper thin (you can hear everything everywhere including john sneezing 5 doors down) the safe was broken, the shower leaves a swimming pool on the floor and the beds are extremely squeaky!. However a plus side we requested a double bed room and got 4 beds!!!! (The room really wasnt an issue for us as we spent hardly any time there) We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was exactly what you pay for. Basic pasta, chips, bread rolls (however i am vegetarian) But for a meat eater there were quite a few nicely presented dishes. So the food was fairly good. Surroundings - outside of the hotel was a fairly quite strip of bars and shops, however we expect in season it would be fairly busy. We highly recommend Champions bar a few minutes away from the hotel. As British as it comes and the couple that run it are brilliant.

If you pay for cheap and cheerful you can’t expect much more. Walls are very thin, we listened to the man in the next room snoring all night (his poor wife) and teenagers running up and down the corridor banging on doors. Breakfast isn’t worth bothering with, orange juice is squash, not much veggie choice, coffee is disgusting. Food is all cold and my partner had to heat his every morning in the microwave. Luckily we were only there for 4 nights. However, beds were comfortable (NO DOUBLE BEDS) and location is great for the beach, as we didn’t bother with the pool. Go to Barcelona for the day, the train station is a 5 minute walk away and it’s an hour along the coastline for under €10. The staff are a real credit to this hotel, smiley, friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Fairly clean, Bathroom very small, every time we used the shower it flooded the bathroom, Tv actually showed uk tv bbc, itv and such. Breakfast was very poor, had to put bread through 3 times to toast it, cold beans, tasteless t-bags, They need to invest in beds old ww2 style metal frames with spring bases Squeaked as soon as u moved luckily we was only there 3 nights. It’s also near the end of a train line which train horn beeps every time it’s coming into the station about every hour day and night

Stayed here as a couple for 5 nights & 6 days, on arrival, reception was very helpful and very friendly. Rooms were what you would expect for a cheap get away. From the rooms you can hear every single thing, you can hear the lift ping, people walking down corridors, people next door when they are in the bathroom & bedroom. So if you don’t mind being woken up every hour then :)) All inclusive facilities were sub par. Dinner time, was chips, pasta & fish every single night, which meant we ate out a few times at the local restaurants (which were great) Train station is a 5minute walk to Barcelona, €11 per person & that’s return. Street market in Santa Susana was incredible, 15/20 minute walk down the road & there’s shop, restaurants and bars along the way. There was some sort of entertainment on every night, normally from around 9pm till 1am.
