Went on the trip with my other half.
The location of the Hotel is near the beach which is brilliant but it took us about an hour to go to the Airport. We hired a car so we drove to Barcelona which we really enjoyed. The meals were average - the rooms had single beds which is okay for friends travelling together but not good for couples - would have wanted a double bed. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels put out on a daily basis. Evening entertainment was good and really liked the fact that it was an adult only hotel.

Great 5 day stay, only let down by the amount of flies and the drain smell.
We have just got back from a 5 day stay and the staff were brilliant both bar staff, restaurant staff, reception and cleaning staff, the entertainment was very good. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Daily cleaning to the rooms was also much appreciated. The hotel was right on the beach, everything was included except if you wanted a branded drink, which to be honest, didn't matter to us. Our only issues were the awful drain smell in reception and on the patio and the amount of flies in the restaurant, landing on food and around us whilst we ate. This could easily be rectified with a buzzing device fitted or even with fly papers. The food we found to be very good all week, except for our last night (the hotel was closing for the season within 3 days of us leaving) the food on the Thursday was not so great as it was cold. If the hotel can address the smell of the drains in reception and in the patio areas, and the flies in the restaurant, we wouldn't hesitate in coming back as it was VERY good value for money.

We had 9 amazing days at this Hotel. The straff were so proffesional and very nice. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Located right at the beach we could just walk from the pool to the sea. All inclusive for sure. The food was delicious with high quality meat and vegetables. We loved it, and of course the cakes and dessert served there is highly recommended. The location is perfect if you want to relax. And if you want to see more of this beautiful part of Spain, Costa Brava, you can take train/bus or taxi to other small cities, or take a day in Barcelona. We want to thank you all for our for our wonderful stay at your Hotel .

We booked this hotel as part of a package deal for our anniversary, just to get away for a few nights. We arrived mid-afternoon, and checked into our room which was located on the first floor at the top of the stairs. It was very small and felt dark and dingy. We noticed immediately that the bathroom smelt of sewage. We ran the hot water for a while in the hopes it would help and went off for drinks before our evening meal. As we'd had a long travel day, we went to bed early, knowing that there was evening entertainment on, what we didn't expect, was to still be awake at 1:00am because the music echoed throughout the entire hotel and sounded as though it was in our room. The smell of raw sewage was still very present and was knocking us both sick. We complained to the night staff who, much like other reviews will tell you, were unbelievably rude, we requested a room change to be told there was nothing available and to go to sleep. To help with the smell of sewage, he came and sprayed some heavy duty air freshener and left the can with us in case we needed it. The smell of this, mixed with sewage, lingered in my nose the entire time we were there. The following morning we kicked up a bit of a stink with the reception staff who agreed to move our room. We ended up in a room just 3 doors down from our original room but this was far larger in size and amazingly, didn't smell of sewage. Whilst we heard noise for the remainder of our stay, it was nowhere near as bad and we could actually sleep. The food was fine, nothing was overly hot, just warm/lukewarm. It felt very samey everyday and we got bored. Drinks were limited and not the variety you might expect in an all inclusive. The bar snacks were nothing to write home about, we didn't even bother with them after seeing them. One of the days we took a walk down the coast and circled back through the town and it was a ghost town, there was practically nobody around which made us feel uneasy. To get to the hotel you have to travel through an underpass as there is a train line adjacent to the hotel. We never went through this at night and would have avoided it if we had needed to. There was a large group of boys using it to smoke cannabis at one point. I saw a review following our stay that noted it may have been a swingers hotel, I have to agree in hindsight. There were a lot of spanish couples who seemed to take over the hotel, singing and dancing all hours of the day and night, swapping dance partners, being very loud, it all seems very strange and sleezy. I wish I had researched this hotel more before we booked as it was very substandard and not worth 4* at all. I would not stay again. And I don't think the hotel owners would be bothered as they seemed to favour everyone but the british tourists.

Have to say this was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The food was absolute slop. Bearly recognisable and always luke warm at best. The drinks were very poor quality and the staff were probably the rudest and unfriendliest I have ever encountered. The only good thing about this hotel was I was only there for 3 nights. AVOID.

After reading all the bad reviews I was expecting the worst but when I got there was pleasantly surprised. The staff were nice and welcoming we got champagne as soon as we arrived, rooms were clean and the food was standard the only thing I stayed away from was the meat but everything else was fine. All the people we met in the hotel were very friendly and made lots of new friends, the area was a bit rough with people trying to rob you so just be careful about that but the hotel itself was lovely!

We have just returned home after a week at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing, so much so that we have booked to return again next year . We arrived at 11pm and was greeted by friendly staff who were happy to help us find our way around . Our room was clean , spacious and the balcony opened up to the centre of the hotel , overlooking the beach and the pool area. It was stunning . I loved the fact that you could watch the entertainment from your balcony if you didn't wish to venture out . The food was plentiful and I found something different to try every day . It wasn't screaming hot , but it was acceptable, everything I ate , I enjoyed . The dj was one of the highlights for me , he was such a personable, pleasant guy who kept us laughing and entertained every night and through the day . He played a mixture of English and Spanish music and we enjoyed every part of it The man in the outside bar ( an older gentleman) also had us chuckling at his singing and dancing . The atmosphere around the hotel was pleasant , relaxing and everything we could have wished for .The drinks were served in plastic cups ( which wasn't a problem for us ) and at night we were just left to serve ourselves (which also wasn't a problem) in fact , we loved that idea . The train station which is a small walk away is ideal for seeing other parts of the coastline . We visited Lloret de Mar and Barcelona whilst we were there . If you are wanting nightlife beyond the 11.30pm curfew at the hotel , then there is a strip of nightlife literally outside the front door . On our last night there was a Spanish celebration San Juan . It was magical . All around us , fireworks were set off on the beach . This hotel celebrated with a disco and pool party and everyone seemed to have lots of fun . We couldn't fault it . We loved everything , the location , the staff, the food and the facilities. There is something for everyone and we can't wait to return

This is by far THE worst hotel we have ever stayed at! We arrived at 11pm after travelling for hours. The man on receptionist was so rude. Put our key card on the table and said 'round there' We got to the room and turned on the light to be greeted by a table full of elderly couples staring straight into our room. We asked to change rooms. We were told no other rooms and to go to bed! We asked to speak with the manager. He spoke to him and begrudgingly took us to another room which hadn't even been made up from the last guests! We asked to be changed again. By this point we're upset and knackered and just needed to go to bed! The room stank of sewers and there were still pee stains on the toilet seat! Smashed mirror and wallpaper hanging off the walls. We asked for some water as there's none in the room. No cups, no kettle, no water! He told us to come back tomorrow and to again go to bed! We finally after 10 mins of arguing with him, got a bottle of water! We walked over the road to get some Cola. Every single thing was covered in graffiti and we were offered cocaine the second we walked outside! There's also a loud train line right outside the hotel which goes by every 10 mins. Not the hotels fault of course but just to give you a feel of the area we were in! We went to breakfast in the morning after spending all night awake trying to look for another hotel, where everyone was staring at us and it was VERY uncomfortable! Everyone was sat in groups if couple. All felt very sleezy and we later came to the realisation that we thought there was a strong possibility we were in a swingers hotel!! I mean if that's your thing then this hotel is perfect for you! Lady on reception was very helpful and went above and beyond to find us another hotel and got us a partial refund apart from that, this hotel needs shutting down!

Absolutely awful food everyone in my party of four was ill! Chicken and pork was always undercooked food was never hot coffee from a machine in the morning served from 8 o’clock. No coffee with lunch or dinner waiters were rude and didn’t care when you told them that chicken or pork was red in the middle! All drinks were watered down you could only drink them out of a plastic cup which you had to serve yourself And as for entertainment or what they called entertainment. It was music from the 90s, which was probably from a kids disco. Rooms and bathrooms were clean which is very useful when you have diarrhoea and your sick! Lights go off at 11:30 even on your balcony. Internet is turned off all the staff were really rude . Definitely not a four star hotel not even sure I’ll give it two! Nice location on beach . Wouldn’t go back there even if you paid me!

This is a lovely hotel all the staff are amazing from receptionists, manager, bar staff, cleaning staff and dining hall staff The hotel was clean and very well maintained and the rooms were clean comfortable and they had a nice large bathroom. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the food and the pool. The food was very rarely hot and luke warm at best you did find food to eat but it wasn't the best to the point we ate out 3 times even though we were all inclusive just to get hot food. The pool was freezing 🥶🥶 and isn't heated so you have been warned all in all we had a nice holiday and would return if they can sort out the food and pool
