Arrived and was greeted by a lovely lady and our room was ready early. Advised about Food times and sent on our way. The Room; It’s a 3* room You can get a mini fridge if you ask Shower and bathroom were grotty/dirty ( see pics) After 6 months of being closed? It’s concerning it was this dirty… And mouldy ceiling. Beds were okay. Standard 3* room quality again. Air con wasn’t very strong at all but worked and helped. Food; Breakfast was very good! Fresh pastries, Fresh pancakes made daily. Bacon was either burnt or just cooked would be different every morning. Eggs really good and fresh. Snacks; for 6/7 days we literally had a choice of ham sandwiches ( see pictures) Then on day 7 it came alive. Was full of hot food and more. So basically if you come May 1-19 don’t expect more than sandwiches for ‘ snacks ‘ From 20th you’ll be fine Lunch/Dinner Really good choices every day/night. Food was hot and fresh and never hanged around long. Kids beware, again the kids corner didn’t open until 18th May. So if your coming before then the kids area was switched off. Entertainment; Really good, not to naggy but good. Waterpolo was great fun. Evening shows were 6/10. Just again, basic 3* hotel shows. Outside hotel; There’s 3 bars within a 15 minute walk, 3-4 supermarkets and 1 tapas bar. And that’s Santa Tomas. It’s a very very quiet resort. No water sports on beach, no nightlife, nothing for teenagers. It’s a very relaxed resort with the idea of doing nothing everyday. Some guests in the hotel were quite rowdy and loud but again, it’s a 3* all inclusive. Couples can come here, but remember you’ll hear kids crying most of the day. With most of the parents doing nothing and letting them cry. Which kind of ruins your holiday. So basically don’t expect indoor pools, spa’s etc because it’s a family 3* all inclusive hotel. We paid £336 for a week flying from Cardiff and found it decent value for money. Would I pay £800 for it in July? 100% not.…
This is our second visit to this hotel, this time i brought the rest of the family. Rooms small but clean, The maid was in every day cleaning our room. There is only a few shops across the road but they have everyday things that you may need and lots of souvenirs to take back home. The staff were all very friendly. The food was beautiful and plentiful. Cocktails and drinks were lovely and strong. Night time entertaintment was mini disco for kids then an act from outside the hotel everynight which was always good. Big thank you to angie and james for the entertainment day and night that was suitable for kids and adults (from the crazy family.) Gutted that next year this hotel is going to be an adults only hotel (please change your mind!) We would have deffo came again next year it it wasnt.…
My family have just returned from a week at this lovely friendly hotel! All staff were amazing so kind and helpful, the two activity coordinators were amazing kept everyone entertained day and night!! The stay was all exclusive and the food at all sessions was lovely all freshly cooked and loads of variety!! Although this hotel was a 3 star tui hotel I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that weren’t as good as this one!! The only downfall was that the bedrooms are in need of modernisation but we’re spotlessly clean every day they were cleaned to a very high standard. Would definitely stay there again with my family
nothing wrong with this Hotel, staff are very helpful, Friendly. If you can't find something in the restaurant to suit your taste then you have something seriously wrong with your palate. Good family fun hotel, great pool superb access to the Beach which is clean and the water is so so clear. James and Angela the Ents. Team are great, very friendly and approachable. We had a great time with this place, my pre teenaged daughter thought it was brilliant, as did we. Give it a go folks. cheers JD
My 1st time abroad and pleased that we stayed here. All staff were very friendly the hotel was spotless very clean rooms always saw staff cleaning. The bar staff were very friendly and knew what i was drinking by day 2 lol . Would like to thank jairo and angie the animation team you were great and a little lady is proberly missing her mini disco hope you keep playing the chocolatte song. This hotel is good for a quiet family get away beach and shops few minutes away. A big thank you to all the staff you were amazing .
We have just returned from a stay at this hotel for 1 week, which was fantastic from start to finish!!. If we could rate higher, we would!. Before arriving we were a little bit apprehensive due to previous reviews but we have to say, we have experienced fantastic services from all members of staff and enjoyed delicious food all day everyday. The selection of different foods prepared in front of you by the chefs at the grills was outstanding and we didn't receive the same meal twice!. Breakfast even had a variety of foods from a full English, homemade pancakes, home made omelette (which you can choose your filling), selection of cereals, and a lot of continental options. Lunch and dinner was also exceptional with lots to choose from and different options every day. This hotel and area is perfect for families with small children. It is a quiet resort so not really ideal for couples who want a lively atmosphere. The beach is a 30 seconds walk away and there is a park on the grounds of the hotel, 2 baby pools, and 4 pool slides. As well as a bigger pool for the adults. Special thank you to James and Angie who are the hotel entertainment. Not only did they entertain the children of an evening at the mini disco, they entertained the adults of a day time with pool football, water yoga, pool/snooker competitions, card magic games, giant connect four, and a mascot walking around entertaining the kids. The winners also won a bottle of champagne. We are so pleased we chose this hotel as our first holiday since covid, we will definitely be returning …
I've seen some negative reviews on here, if you want 5 star food and 5 star facilities then don't book this hotel...... its 3 star!!! Also if you want a lively clubbing town probably best to avoid here as it's quietness is one of its better points We are a family of 3, 2 adults and a 3 year old. The hotel itself was about a 30 minute transfer from the airport. Check in was an easy process. Our room was pretty much what you would expect from a 3 star hotel, 2 double beds, a dressing table, wardrobe, TV and fridge, with a bathroom and balcony overlooking the road outside. It was cleaned and our beds were made for us every day. The food was ok, for breakfast you could have anything from a full English to cereal or croissants/pastries...... lunch and evening meals came with loads of salad options, a few different meats plus vegetables...... like most all inclusive places we've been to there was always something we liked rather than loads and loads we liked. The pool is a great area, there's a small splash zone for children which has a few slides then the main pool has a small part sectioned off for children aswell..... there are daily games of water polo which are good fun aswell. There's also a play park on site and the entertainment staff work really hard to keep people entertained with different games throughout the day. Evening entertainment starts with a kids disco at 8.30pm, then there's usually an act after........ the acts are a bit hit and miss but the comedian called The Wally and the Bruno Mars tribute are well worth checking out. The beach is a 30 second walk, also there's a small supermarket and gift shop across the road. We ate out one night at a restaurant called Es Pins, this is a minutes walk from hotel...... food here was superb and you get to overlook the sea while having your dinner We did one trip which was a tui organised trip to Mahon to do a glass bottomed boat ride and a gin distillery trip with a mooch around the town of Mahon, this is worth doing. Overall I would say if you are a family with young children this is the perfect hotel for you, our son made different holiday buddys throughout the week and he loved the mini disco. We enjoyed it to and would definatley come back…
Just returned today from a fabulous stay at Victoria Player. Hubby and I have stayed here a few times and always love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. A relaxing holiday is guaranteed at this hotel. It’s not for those that want a wild party hotel, go somewhere else and leave this hotel to those that want a great relaxing holiday. If you love reading, sunbathing, eating and relaxing, then this is the hotel for you. Right next to the beach and lovely walks nearby. Most of the staff have been there for many years as have the staff in the nearby shops. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff very friendly, and will go way above and beyond to help with any problems you might have. This stay was a little different as they had just opened after a short season last year. I think holiday companies are starting to send the wrong holiday makers, ie the last review. Having said all that… I have one complaint from this trip. Without going into to much detail, a couple were making ‘only fans’ sex videos a couple of times a day from their room which upset all those that could hear it from their own rooms. Not the hotels fault bit something they should be aware of. 100% recommend this hotel.try it. You will love it.…
Hotel is clean with friendly staff. Good pool area with plenty of sunbeds. We had a room at the back of the hotel which is cooler in the evening and a bigger bathroom. The food was a big let down and at most 2 star standard. The saving grace was the attentive bar manager and his magic mojitos….the only reason I have given 4 stars
Where to start! TUI sent us here on a holiday, we asked for lively/ bars and restaurants near the hotel. We got the opposite!! The hotel is a ghost town same goes for menorca. The only decent thing about this hotel is the views it comes with of the ocean. The food is disgusting and bizarre/ limited options for lunch and dinner! Out of 6 meals we could of ate here we had 3 from the shop across the road. We were all inclusive and yet they made us pay for a cocktail which was 70% sprite and 30% liquor! Was not happy Staff seem happy enough. The rooms were nothing like the website, damage and dirt marks all over! Don’t have holidays with TUI, we spent the first 2 days of our holiday trying to get us out of this hotel and into a more alive area!! Entertainment is shocking!! Won’t be recommending or returning Adios…
