Our first ever package holiday. Who would believe you can enjoy a package holiday in a superb hotel. Staff could not have done more to improve our stay. Jet 2. Unbelievable service and price. This will not be our last package
This is an old town house which has been tastefully renovated but the restraints of the building mean the bedrooms are a bit small but they are immaculately furnished. Our bathroom was a good size with a large walk in rainforest shower. The quality of the towels could be improved but that is a minor point. Reception/concierge were very professional, knowledgeable and helped with restaurant recommendations and organised a personalised private tour of part of the island for us. I did refuse to pay 15 Euros a head for their breakfasts though - there are several places to get a good Spanish breakfast a few minutes walk away. This is an excellently positioned hotel and would certainly stay again should we re-visit the island.
We stayed here for 5 days and found it to be perfect. Hotel is very modern, clean, fresh and very well decorated throughout. The location was ideal and not very far from most shops and eateries. The staff were very attentive and polite. Will definitely be returning to Menorca and Casa Ladico.
I stayed here in difficult circumstances as my Aunt was in hospital in Menorca. The quality of service, level of kindness and thought and just the standards of every aspect of the hotel make it a must-stay place if you visit Menorca. Simply superb!
We had a 12 day stay there from the 1st of July, myself and my husband travelled from Australia excited to be staying in a boutique hotel adults only. We have travelled vastly and always stay in 5 star accommodation. The reception area was lovely as was the guest lounge and bar area then we were shown our room ..... that was when I became disappointed, the room was small quite cramped but with a huge terrace outside ???? They said we could have moved to a slightly bigger room in a couple of days but we just wanted to unpack and settle in. The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast for a 5* hotel was pretty poor ... a choice of 3 cold meats, tea coffee water or orange juice only 2 members of the staff could make a decent cappuccino , crossiants, a bit cereal no nice yogurt then you were offered eggs ok for 3/4 days but very limited for 12 days stay we were sick of EGGS. Not 5* quality at all. 3 days We sat around the pool area most days and only on 2 occasions did staff ask if we would like a drink. On the days the regular cleaner was off our room wasn’t cleaned well at all... we came back to our room and there was still toothpaste residue in the wash basin. Also the sheets were too small for the bed. And the aircon wasn’t working well enough , we spoke to some other guests and they said the same. We paid $8000 Australian dollars for those 12 days. ( Too much). Mahon was lovely but we wish we had spent our money elsewhere. Casa Ladico you really need to step up when you charge big money !!!!!!…
