We are just home from spending a delightful week at Casa Ládico. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location in Mahón. But the staff are what make this hotel outstanding. We have stayed in many hotels and this one stands out for the highest level of customer service we have ever experienced. Luisa and Daniel were both so friendly and professional and helped us book local restaurants. Bella is a ray of sunshine at breakfast and couldn't do enough for us. Giselle is another lovely staff member we had the pleasure of meeting and I know there are more we didn't get to meet. The little details make a stay here so much nicer : the coffee machine that's always available to guests, the beautiful toiletries in the bathroom, a plentiful supply of bottled water and free soft drinks in the mini bar. Well done to all of the staff on creating such a gem of a hotel! We would definitely stay here again. …

In all of my life I have never had a more pleasant hotel and hospitality than my stay with casa ladico. The suite we had was beautiful with a private outdoor terrace, the breakfast was phenominal and the staff were very accommodating to any requests. We especially appreciated the hospitality and understanding the staff (especially Daniel) showed us when our plans were changed at the last minute. When I come back to Menorca there is only one place I will ever consider staying, and you should too - and that is Casa Ladico

Great location near old part of the city and an easy walk to the port. Hotel has a nice library/sitting area and delicious breakfast. Staff were fantastic, recommending restaurants and sights to see. They even let us change rooms when our neighbors were a little noisy. Loved this part of Menorca and would recommend this hotel highly.

4th stay here, always great , clean super comfy and friendly ....brilliant breakfast fresh everything no buffet....and walking distance to all bars and restaurants in Mahón ( literally 30 seconds to main shops , Market and lift down to harbour for those who don't fancy the descent!! Great value compared to some of the others in Mahón !

My stay was perfect, everyone was always available to help, the service was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was very good too. The location is perfect to walk around Mahon and there's a car park just a few minutes walking in case is needed.

Firstly the location is great, right on the edge and walking distance from the portside, bars and restaurants. The hotel staff are lovely (they couldn't do enough for us), and we had an excellent spacious suite with stylish furnishings and a balcony. Absolutely no complaints. We would stay there again in a flash.

This was my second stay at Casa Ladico in 3 years. I love Menorca- may be my favorite place to visit. Casa Ladico is the perfect hotel to enjoy Mahon. You can walk to nearly every place you would want to go. The staff is amazing and attentive to your needs, so if you need a car to go to the beach or other sites around the island they can help you. This stay was towards the end of my sister’s and my 21-day Mediterranean trip. What I love about Mahon/Menorca is the slow pace, non-touristy, and historical old world sensibility. Staying at the Casa Ladico makes it easy to slide right into that “vibe” and enjoy the sites, food, and people of Mahon. I may be biased. My ancestors are founding families of St. Augustine Florida US originating from Menorca. So it may just be in my DNA that Menorca is the perfect place to visit.…

We have traveled extensively and stayed in many very good hotels and this one is right up there with the best. Every member of the team is a joy to deal with and their command of multiple languages is extremely impressive. The generous breakfast is an excellent start to the day, the rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and very well-presented, overall decor and ambience are very stylish but comfortable. The location in the heart of the charming little city of Mahon is perfect. We had not visited Mahon before but our experience at this faultless hotel means that we will be back
