Fabulous choice of hotel for our first ever visit to Ibiza and we were not disappointed. On arrival we received a glass of cava from friendly reception staff and it’s the great staff the hotel has which helped to make for a superb holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were continually met with a smile and greeting as a normal everyday occurrence. Special mention to Raul who was brilliant, Nonno, Doaa, Eva and Angy for all their hard work and friendly approach. The hotel’s general cleanliness and appearance was first class. Rooms were fairly small but with excellent facilities and always spotlessly clean Nice touches like the sweets and chocolates on the bed and bed covers arranged into animal shapes were also appreciated. The free ice creams and drinks around the pool area at various times of the day were also a nice touch as were the classes eg Cocktail Making. Another special attraction of the hotel was the excellent quality of the food which was amazing. Thank you for a great holiday. Take a bow Iberostar Selection hotel and staff 👍👏…
Arriving at the Iberostar Santa Eulalia we had a wonderful welcome from Ana Maria on reception and a refreshing glass of Cava Rosado. We had asked for a high floor and we’re given our 4th floor side sea view room. At check-in we were also told which breakfast and dinner times we had been allocated and then given information about the hotel, gym, spa and location of bars and restaurants. As we had arrived after 3pm we were able to go straight to our room and settle in. The hotel does have strict Covid protocols in place which was reassuring, ever corner you turned in the hotel you would find hand sanitiser, policy was that all guests wore masks in public places. All public areas were continually being cleaned. At dinner a member of staff asked guests to sanitise before going around the buffet, always very consistent. The bedroom wasn’t the largest, however it did have everything you needed and was fresh, clean and bright. The bathroom was a good size with a large walk in shower, plenty of wardrobe space, a small fridge and safe. The hotel also provided large containers of soap, shampoo and moisturising lotion. As I was with my daughter it would have been useful to have a second mirror in the bedroom. The balcony area was a good size with a seating area and a washing small rail to dry swimwear. We ate in the main restaurant, seating was also available outside on the terrace as well as inside, occasionally you had to wait for a terrace table, however the staff are so efficient at turning the tables around it wasn’t a problem. I cannot recall the name of the lady who managed the terrace most evenings, she had a great personality and always chatted to you. The important part, the food! Well there was a plentiful supply and choice at both breakfast and dinner, I would find it hard to believe that anyone couldn’t find anything they liked. Both mealtimes also had chefs who would cook to order, therefore omelette at breakfast and meats and fish in the evening. The hotel did try and give variety, so there were barbecues, fish nights. I absolutely loved the evening they did fish and was so impressed with the quality and quantity, I was in seafood heaven. The buffet was continually being re filled, tongs were changed and you never saw food spilled, either on the counter tops or floor. The hotel also had a spa, we didn’t visit this but it did small wonderful walking past, the gym was also located in the same area. For a hotel gym it had a decent range of equipment and weights, enough for a good workout, the hotel did ask that you book to use this, however it was rarely busy. The pool area had plenty of sun beds with sufficient space between so you didn’t feel that you were invading people’s personal space, there was also a wooded area adjacent that provided beds with a canopy cover from the trees. Staff continually walked around the pool area providing guests with drinks and food, with a smile on there faces in the daytime heat. Each day there were also activities around the pool if you wanted to join in, from Aqua aerobics, spin, Pilates and even cocktail making. One of our favourite places to spend the day was at the Seasoul beach club, this area was down by the beach. To use this area it is 15 euros for the day, lovely big comfortable sun beds and a fabulous view. The food here was really good too and we often had lunch here. The location of the hotel is a taxi ride out of Santa Eulalia, you can also walk to Santa Eulalia and Es Cana using the coastal footpath which was very pretty. We also took the bus into Ibiza town, however if we’d known how busy the bus was going to be we wouldn’t have done this. On the return we came back on the cityboat ferry, it was fab. The boat stopped at Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia before our stop at Cala Pada which was literally a five minute walk from the hotel, I definitely recommend this. Finally, I have to say that the hotel is lovely, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday, however you can get to somewhere busier if they want to. The staff at the hotel were great and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica in the restaurant, always greeted you with a big smile and never forgot your room number, also Pano who ran the entertainment, he did make us laugh with his geordie accent. Also thanks to the housekeeping team who kept not only our rooms but the whole hotel spotlessly clean. Fabulous holiday and we’ll definitely return, thank you!…
Wonderful hotel, the staff were so helpful there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do for us. Spotlessly clean, the food choice was outstanding, the entertainment in the evening was very enjoyable we don’t often stay and watch but we looked forward to the entertainment each night. The reception staff were friendly as were all the staff. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would come back again, I fact we have already enquired. The only point I would stress is although the hotel has Santa Eulalia address it is a 5km walk along the coast to the centre and 3km to Es Cana, you can get taxis for a reasonable price.
The workers are really polite and respectful and have always a hearing if we had a question. Also the location is really nice for a calm staying. Behind the pool there is also a beqch so you can decide where you want to tan. Thank you for this experience and until the next time :)
We have had a fabulous holiday. The hotel feels light, stylish and fresh everywhere with a relaxed, cheerful vibe. Lovely restaurant with beautiful table napkins …the food is excellent restaurant standard, we all found loads to choose from, often fresh steak, prawns and salmon, the vegan lasagne is divine and beautiful sushi/fish/Italian nights are excellent. Always stacks of perfect fresh fruit. We were lucky to be at the Prestige pool party - we had an amazing time, all the guests were totally up for it, what a treat. The Mongolian Athlete entertainment was incredible and other fun singers. Entertainment does finish at 10.30pm which suited us most of the time, you can go out to the marina after. So easy to step out and find lovely small beaches in both directions with places to eat & drink, and easy for sea swimming if you want to stay right by the hotel . A little supermarket is a minutes walk away, very handy for bits, toiletries etc. The staff - incredible! Such lovely people who seem to be enjoying what they do. The pool and surround are high standard, lovely and relaxed, fast drinks service. A Huge Thank You to you all for a special time in beautiful Ibiza.…
The hotel is absolutely beautiful - has a very tranquil feel. The pool area is stunning and next to the beach, which has clear shallow water - perfect for a swim. The staff are so friendly and helpful - we loved Ange, who was always so bubbly and fun. We were half board and the buffet was delicious and very varied (very healthy, but also treats like churros!). The rooms are very clean and very comfy beds. The location is stunning, but is secluded - 40 minutes to Ibiza old town (which is lovely). We had problems getting taxis - so definitely plan ahead. I would also pre book any trips / excursions. There is paddle boarding - jet skis and massage on the beach. Next door is Nikki Beach - which is more lively, you can go for a drink. They do have music, fun aqua aerobics and cocktail making every day! Overall I would recommend if you want chilled vibes & a bit of luxury! X…
Had a lovely time. Very relaxing. The staff were excellent. Food was really very good really close to the beach which was lovely. Would definitely come back. Not much around the hotel but could get taxi if wanted to. Came with friends for a long weekend
My husband and I hadn't been abroad since before the pandemic so to say that we were ready for a holiday is an understatement! We booked this hotel to celebrate both our birthdays and stayed for 14 nights on an all-inclusive basis. We were offered a glass of cava on arrival and were directed to our fourth-floor room, the reception staff member apologised that the room didn't have a sea or pool view but advised us that we could request to move rooms in a few days if we wanted to. The room was small but perfect, very clean with a lovely walk-in shower, a small balcony and lots of light. The location of the room was perfect to watch the sunrise and was nice and quiet so we didn't make a request to move. We were also informed of the option to upgrade to Star Prestige but the facilities were so good, that we didn't take this option. The hotel and grounds are AMAZING, the pool is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent but the thing that really impressed us was the staff. Every single person is friendly and accommodating and they cannot do enough for you and many speak multiple languages. An extra special mention to Angy and Doaa who were the shining stars of the restaurant and Raquel and Melody who were particularly excited to celebrate our birthdays. My husband and I both received a birthday song and cake when it was our birthdays and the domestic staff left a lovely message on the mirror in our room on both days. The manager even came to speak to us directly on my husband's birthday, which was a nice touch. If you going to be staying here and are debating whether to go all-inclusive or not - go for it! The drinks options are excellent and only a small amount is not included, and you can buy these at a discounted rate, get a daiquiri, you will not be disappointed! Aside from the staff, the best thing about this hotel is the food, the food is UNREAL, the choice is fantastic and the quality of the produce is excellent, we ate like kings the whole time, I was worried I wasn't going to fit in my aeroplane seat on the way home! The whole experience was unforgettable and we will definitely be visiting here again!…
What a fantastic hotel from the staff who are just a joy, full of smiles and make for a very happy atmosphere to the amazing selection of fresh food and the clean facilities. The place has class, it’s decorated well throughout, clean white, contemporary and has all you need. We were invited to a pool part on the roof which was amazing, free flowing brinks, great music and everyone joined in including the staff which we all loved. The beach has crystal clear water, it’s really chilled and just a short walk to the next bay for an alternative day away from the hotel with some bars and water sports. This is a great hotel, book it and enjoy it!!!
Great hotel! Excellent service. Very nice staff. Clean and calm place to stay! Great manger and very helpful. The best food you could ever find. A lot of social activités and sport ones provided. Thank you!
