We booked in 2020 but only made it recently. Was it worth the wait? Yes! I met my best friend here for a girls weekend. Amazing hotel, gorgeous rooms, amazing staff and the best breakfasts ever! Cheese heaven and the omelettes are to die for! Staff cant do enough! Rooftop pool is gorgeous and the view is stunning. Peruvian restaurant is lovely too! Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury hotel away from the busy Ibiza nightlife.

We were a family of 4 adults with a 4 month old baby. This hotel was perfect for our stay, large rooms, with beautiful terraces and fantastic views. We enjoyed all the facilities, great breakfast and lunches, Spa treatments and all pool areas, everywhere is stunning and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Special mention to our kind hosts on Reception, Lucy and Yaila whose smiling faces we looked forward to each day (sorry I cant remember all the names of so many wonderful people). We will definitely be returning next year, this is the perfect hotel and location for a stay in Santa Eulalia.

Our first room - a "dreamer" overlooked the dusty car park and conference centre. During the first couple of nights we were visited by cockroaches in the bathroom, coming through huge holes in the walls under the sink. The ceiling was also coming down in the entrance way in the room. The bathroom was very old, tired, tiles missing and a build up of dirt and grime where the water hits the floor from a very poor bathroom design. We were moved to another room. All very much the same but overlooked the pool. The area around the pool needs serious attention. All of the floor slabs are loose and very slippery. The sun beds were, without exception all stained and dirty and as the sunbed covers were mostly split and left out overnight they were all soaking wet and could not be used. Breakfast each morning became a real chore as you (as Brits) seemed to be ignored so we had to on many an occasion get our own coffee from the pots at the service stations and we were served with disinterest at best. We had two garmets removed from our room by housekeeping, apparently because we left them on the bed and they were swept up by them changing the linen. Despite discussion at the front desk and various e-mails to the hotel, we were not offered any compensation, the items have not been returned and my e-mails are being ignored. The location is very noisy. At the working end of the marina. As long as you enjoy the sound of the working dockyard every day, sanding, banging and the constant beeping of the cranes moving boats, you will be fine!. Would never re-visit. Serious attention needs to be given to customer service and the hotel needs a damn good overhaul and maintenance programme.

Our second holiday at this hotel on 2 October 2022 and everything about it - staff, cleanliness, amenities, location and food is first class. Great vibe from the moment we arrived and met by Yaila and Lucy at reception. We were looking to have a relaxing, luxury break at the backend of the season and top marks to Aguas for delivering exactly that. We booked a Deluxe room (room 218) that overlooked the pool and had a sea view and it certainly deserved its Deluxe rating. In fact all aspects of the hotel were immaculate and we certainly couldn’t fault it in any way. The staff couldn’t do enough for us but in a very unobtrusive and efficient manner. The breakfast - absolutely fabulous. Varied choice, extremely well presented in a very relaxed and welcoming restaurant. Spoilt for choice each day. We had dinner in their new rooftop Maymanta restaurant which had a Peruvian menu. Very new cuisine to us and definitely not one to be missed. The staff were excellent in guiding our choice from the extensive menu. The setting and view alone is worth the visit. The hotel is located in a quiet area and only a short enjoyable walk from both the beach and centre. Enjoyed it so much we made a further reservation for beginning of July 2023 immediately on our return home to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

I am writing this review as a mother of 2, actually staying here now as I place this. The staff is friendly and helpful, but seem to not always be very much service focused or at least trained that way. Breakfast is fine, other meals are better outside of the hotel. One of the dishes we ordered we actually had to send back. In no way it reflected what was on the menu. They say everything in the mini bar is complementary -except for alcohol and that’s fine- however they did not refill the mini bar after using it. It took 3 reminders for them to do so. What bothers most is the situation around the pool. Certain tiles are loose and so are the wood parts around the pool. Very dangerous situation that should be easy to solve. When having kids running around it is a dangerous situation. Furthermore the rooms are outdated yet clean. They did not (but personal opinion of course) represent what I expected. There are 3 exits to the boulevard, yet all of them are closed, the system is not working. There is a parking garage for a car, but comes with a charge of € 15,- per day. Overall impression is that I would not return here and can not recommend, especially when with kids. When rating from 1 to 10 with 10 being best I would give it a 6.

One of the most amazing hotels we have visited. We love to stay in aguas every time we visit the beautiful island. Very clean, stylish, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast with a lot of healthy choices. The staff is really friendly and helpful if you want to arrange trips our even when your looking for some good tips for visiting on the island. Our favorite part is the rooftop pool , which has amazing views. Diner at the Peruvian restaurant Maymanta at the rooftop is a must go if you love good food. Also a visit to the spa is worth it. The location is peaceful but yet You can walk easily to the center of town in 10/15 minutes.

We stayed at the Aguas de Ibiza hotel for a week this month and had an excellent experience. We've stayed at other 5 star hotels and the Aguas de Ibiza is right up there. Upon arrival we were provided with a welcome glass of Cava as we checked in. Our bags were taken to our Premier Bay room overlooking the Marina. The hotel facilities include 3 pools, 2 of which are on the roof plus a Clarins spa, sauna, steam, Roman bath and 3 pools with various water jets.Our room was very spacious and kept immaculate by the attentive room service staff who turned down our beds each evening and left bottled water for us. The service throughout the hotel was as good as we have had elsewhere. The highlight for us was the roof top pools, bar and Peruvian Fusion restaurant. Every evening we were entertained by the views over the town accompanied by great music from the resident DJ Marcelo Benitez. This created a great atmosphere clearly being enjoyed by all who were there. The food was excellent throughout our stay and we ate twice at the rooftop restaurant. It's worth checking when booking that your room faces the bay.

I, like other people that have left reviews, had looked forward to staying at this hotel for some time. This is a lovely hotel and probably deserves it's 5-star rating but is let down by backroom staff. The manager in responses to past reviews has stated that problems happen every now and then but are dealt with. That's ok but when you have problems most days of your week's holiday they culminate into a major issue. Arrived early Saturday and couldn't get to the room as it was still being cleaned, not a problem as we expected it. After final inspection by the Housekeeping Manager we were given the keys to the room. Drew back the curtains in the room and found a cockroach on them. Called for housekeeping to come and remove. Tried the keypads in an attempt to get the ceiling lights on without success, called for maintenance. Told by reception the fault would be fixed on Sunday and they would look for another room for us. After removing my shoes in the lounge area of the room I trod on a shard of glass. Not the best final inspection carried out by the Housekeeping Manager. On returning to the room after a night out we found the bed turned down, lovely, and a couple of mats either side of the bed. One of them looked as if it had been used to wash the car with there were black marks all over it. On Sunday when we got back to the hotel we found the lights had not been fixed, reception told us that the computer says they have, I informed them that the computer was wrong. The person in charge after a few phone calls found out that the fault hadn't been fixed and would be fixed on Monday. Apologies from the person in charge, Shower time found that housekeeping hadn't replaced the face cloths in the bathroom. Fed up with talking with reception so just left it. Monday, hurrah the lights were fixed but we still didn't get any face cloths. Tuesday, a good day, nothing went wrong and some face cloths turned up. Wednesday, after showering in the evening there seemed to be some kind of air blockage in the waste pipes of the wash basin and shower and there was a loud gurgling noise which didn't go away. Reported the problem to reception on our way out for the evening. On our return the problem had gone away so I don't know if it was fixed or it just stopped. Thursday night / Friday morning 3 times during the night the gurgling noise started again, waking us up. The final one was at 07:30, so I decided to give up and get up, not a very happy person. There were several other small issues during the week which other people have mentioned which we also came across concerning the frayed and thin towels, problems in the breakfast room and problems around the pool. As I said this is a lovely hotel in a fairly good position, unless you like the beach, so it was really disappointing that we had so many problems. So for it's star rating and how much it cost I expect more, so we won't be back to this hotel, the resort yes, as we enjoy it here.

gorgeous hotel, great location. fabulous roof top pool and restaurant and some lovely staff however, definitely not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast poor, unable to get a warm/hot poached egg and getting coffee is traumatic. My room was average overlooking a car park, but mainly due to lack of cleanliness. i removed something suspect from the wall of the WC, and there is a lip around the bath, when lying in the bath is black and mouldy (bad design) and not noticed when the room is serviced, so unpleasant we didn't bathe.unacceptable in a 5 star hotel. all in all a lovely hotel, but needs work to warrant its 5 star distinction.
