Just been there. Hotel was nice. That all that was. Food was very poor. Drinks bad. Only 3 bars. Had to pay at one bar. All sunbeds are broken. Nothing to do there. No entertainment of a a night time. Nothing for the kids. Never go there again. Was a joke and a waste of money

I hardly ever write reviews but after reading the reviews below I have to give Alvor Baia credit where it is due... Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped - shower and bath, two wardrobes, kitchen, safe, 2 TVs, big balcony, hair dryer etc... The entertainment for adults was fantastic - Bingo, Aquagym, football, table...

Really loved this place, our honeymoon hotel, our first foreign holiday together and my first time abroad in over 10 years. We had many choices when we made our booking but we saw the Alvor Baia first and, after looking at a few more hotels, decided this was the one for us to spend our special time at. We weren't...

My fiancee and I have just returned from the Hotel Alvor Baia after a fantastic two weeks holiday. The hotel, staff and entertainment were more than five star. From arriving to leaving the holiday was just amazing. Don't read the bad reports about this hotel, the, can't get Wi-Fi in bedrooms, no you can't, but on holiday shouldn't you be relaxing...
