Having booked through Fleetway Travel for a week in late September early October. It should be stressed that after a three hour flight, two hour coach journey and 90 minute ferry journey to Vulcano. A complimentary glass of non alcoholic iced tea, on our arrival at the hotel was a bit of a kick in the teeth. They could have...

The wrap around views from our deluxe room were spectacular - the highlight of our stay. Other worthy mentions are Josie in the spa who worked magic on my stress pains, the great staff at the pool bar and restaurant, food by the pool is simple but fresh and faultless. The pool area, landscaping and overall relaxed vibe are good....

We stayed here for the last ten nights that the hotel was open, so of course everything was winding down for the end of the season. There are many extremely good points about this hotel. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The views were simply stunning and the food was excellent. We stayed half board for...

I visited this hotel as part of a deal from another travel website. The staff are friendly apart from some of the restaurant personell, one of the matradee's felt like he couldn't be bothered as it was close to the end of the season. There was one time when there was a full blown arguement between him and a waitress...

We spent three nights in this lovely place just before it closed for the season. The views from the resort are breathtaking - a negative edge pool overlooking the most stunning sea view. The landscaping is also lovely with cacti and succulents. We found the staff to be most friendly and attentive even though they were also leaving because the...

What a "Crying Shame". This resort and spa should and could be one of the best in Europe; its position on the Isola Vulcano can only be described as "Idyllic". Unfortunately as many of the other guests who have stayed there have stated, it has some glaring weaknesses which in my opinion need addressing. The overall appearance of the inside...

After a lengthy journey (a long haul flight would have been quicker) the views we encountered were breathtaking. So very peaceful - just lovely. The spa area is worth a visit (small pool with jets, sauna, steam rooms and lovely showers) even if you do not try any treatments. The hotel its self is lovely (the pool area and sun...

We booked our week away here with Fleetway travel and flew out of London Luton(flight-time 3 hours). The transfer time from Catania airport was 1hr 40 mins by bus to Milazzo then a further 40 minutes by hydrofoil boat - then we were picked up by the resort coach at the port of Vulcano; thankfully the hotel was only a...

The place was very nice: a comfortable, well-cleaned room; good amenities, very picturesque. The staff were all very polite and had a friendly manner. However, it seems most of the staff need to attend a course on how to provide a good service. After nearly a week, we grew tired of having to ask multiple times for the same thing:...

We have just returned following a week at this resort, the views are amazing. The staff are very accommodating and quickly get to know you, your preferred drinks, food etc. We had a private terrace most days with only 3 sun beds so spent the day on our own which is priceless. With views of the sea, 6 other islands,...
