Amazing restaurants and beach right across road. Very clean hotel. Asked for a kettle and owner brought one up right away, with 2 mugs and spoons. Comfortable beds, lovely sheets and super soft towels. 15 min walk from port (with luggage). Shorter if no luggage.
Thanks Eleni, Irene and Stavros for your hospitality during our stay. From the airport pickup until we reluctantly checked out we felt welcome and relaxed. The hotel is in a beautiful location steps from the beach. It's an easy and pleasant walk to the port and town centre - about 15 mins - and a myriad of restaurants, beach bars, supermarket, etc. are close by. The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. When the toilet flush jammed it was repaired immediately. All facilities - wifi, a/c, hot water, fridge, tv, safety deposit box, etc. worked well. Highly recommended. David
The owners (or managers) are very nice. Rooms are basic but extremely clean, this was very important for us. The woman that does housekeeping is very polite and does her job very well. Breakfast is not included in the price and is 8 euro per person. We didn't take it but every room has a fridge so you can have your own food. The beach is literally a few steps (right in from of the hotel) but it's very narrow (1-2 meters) and you need to walk to the right 1-2 min to the wider beach. The water was very clean though it's almost a port and there are many boats in the harbour. There are great tavernas nearby (try Ephessus and Katerina) and Cave d'Oro has an authentic Italian pizza to take away. It's a 10 min walk from the port and big (relatively) supermarkets, the old town (so charming) is also there and at Studios and Hotel Irene you enjoy a quiet beach location. The shower in the bathroom is a problem - you leave the bathroom wet and they don't provide tools to clean or wash after yourself. The electric cooker was useless, so was the electric kettle. And (frankly) the owners were not very welcoming - I didn't feel that somebody cares to make my stay really wonderful but I demand maybe too much from a simple small beach hotel.…
Rooms are a great location being an 8 minute walk from ferry, flat with nice walkway. There is a great beach with nice sand and restaurant called Tango mar which just asks that you spend 3E each to use a chair and umbrella. Great deal. Nice quiet area with bathroom and shower. Lots of nearby restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk. Perfect location. Owner doesn’t speak much English so seems stand-off ish. I did ask for two more pillows and quickly received them. Good WiFi. Beautiful view from balcony. I asked for two beds together and it was set up. No shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. Shower soap but no dish soap. Hairdryer provided. Very clean rooms. I would stay here again!
Have you ever heard about Greek hospitality and kindness? Probably yes, since you are now searching for a hotel to spend your holidays in Greece. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say that the owners of this hotel are not an example of it. We booked a room for the first days of August, after weeks of searching for a room in Paros. The owner asked us to deposit 90€ in advance, in order to confirm our reservation. Since we were sure about our choice and having good intention to pay the larger amount of the total sum, we deposited 200€ instead of 90€ that we were asked. One day before our departure, my grandfather died and I immediately called the hotel to cancel my reservation. We kindly asked if they could return the amount of money that exceeded the 90€ that we owed in advance, and they rudely denied and yelling that we must have cancelled the reservation 21 days before, without showing any understanding about our grief and the loss of our family member. After that, I am convinced to believe that these "people" care only about your money and not about their guests as human beings at all. All in all, if your priority is a small hotel with a friendly environment So as to experience the renowned Greek hospitality,I totally urge you to stay away from it!!!!…
This is a great place to stay in Parakia. We had a beautiful air conditioned room with ceiling fan too. Spotlessly clean with a goos shower in the en suite bathroom. We had a front facing room with a spectacular sea view from our balcony, which had a table and two chairs, a drying line and an umbrella - you need it in the afternoon as you face the sun - the sun sets right in front of you. There are two big town beaches within 5 minutes walk - but the sea is only ten paces away. A good spot for an early swim. A very good location for all the tavernas on the road to the port. About 10 minutes walk into the old town. A great hotel and one I would not hesitate to book again. We booked through booking.com.
The room was very clean, the whole place was very quiet, but you can easily realize that they are not professional. We left our luggage to the reception they day we were leaving and when we went back there, there was nobody there and our luggage were accessible to everybody. Moreover, before we called the reception 3times in order to pick up the phone. No shower gels in the bath.
Dear Eleni & Eirini, It was really nice to meet you and have a taste from you beautiful island and its idylic sunset. We felt like being at home with your kindness and interest about our comfortable staying there. Tastefull beeakfast, clean studios every day without stop, nice vue of the sea, peaceful context, warm hearts. We will return back for sure!!! Kisses from Greece & France, Anais & Coralie
What a lovely small hotel..It is ideally placed between Livadia Beach and the town,The room we had looked directly out to the sea and the sunsets.Everything is spotless.Transfers to the ferry are free..we intend to go again one day..
I have now recommended this hotel to several friends who come to see us in Paros and it is a delight. It seems to suit everyone, whether a single traveller or friends in a group. There are several tavernas within walking distance, you almost fall into the water when you stand on the balcony and yet the busy port and town is only ten minutes walk away.
