Parian Village is a beautiful Cycladic hotel by the sea with spectacular panoramic views of Parikia bay and town, located at the peaceful edge of Livadia beach. Ideally built on slope, it ensures that all its rooms have sea view from their balconies. Just a few minutes from the center and the port of Parikia the visitor finds himself in a magical, sheltered from the wind, place, miniature of the island: spacious courtyards and verandas, Parian marble, cypresses, oleanders, olive trees and a well-tended pool that seems as extension of the sea, compose the hotel scenery. All the aforementioned, in combination with our staff's strong sense of Cycladic hospitality and our ambition to make your vacation memorable, constitute Parian Village the perfect choice for your holidays on Paros.

We had an exceptional stay. We were greeted like family. The staff was attentive to our well-being throughout our stay, at all hours, day or night, depite COVID measures.
The location was perfect for our needs: 15 minutes on foot along the sea to either Parikia or Macelo beach (or Arodo restaurant). The room has been recently redecorated and was amazing both in comfort and amenities.
Everything worked perfectly, from the bedside power sockets to the walking shower. We were situated towards the top of the hotel, and the view on the bay is stunning.
The sundeck/pool area is large with many places to settle down. The sea is 2 minutes away, so you'll have the best of both worlds.
The pool bar was closed dur to COVID measures, but the staff provided us with drinks whenever we asked them.
Maybe the Wi-Fi signal could be a little stronger or reliable depending where you connect from. I enjoyed being offline.
We've been to Paros numerous times before, and this hotel has become our new favourite place to stay. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel is a prime location with a stunning view of the harbor and the town, and yet just 5 minutes drive to the center or a longer walk along the beach. The hotel is a lovely example of cycladic style - simple and lots of white. It is more like a village with the rooms in a collection of small buildings. It is very quiet and peaceful, you hardly know there are other guests. We stayed in deluxe rooms, which had wonderful mattresses and pillows. I think ordinary rooms were not quite as comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool and terraces were a nice bonus. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wifi was weak everywhere I tried it on the property. The hotel is built up the side of a steep hill, so unfortunately, it would be difficult for people with wheelchairs.

What a gorgeous smart hotel - we loved the modern decor. View of the bay is lovely. Bedding & towels were all super quality. Staff friendly & helpful. A great breakfast too. The pool bar has a wide selection of wines & spirits and does a capsule lunch offering - traditional salads/sandwiches at good prices. Really brilliant hotel!
Less good was location, as it's 15mins to walk to the tavernas at Livadia (some fab ones there) but it involves clamouring over rocks & on the beach. There's no shop nearby for essentials. And it's a 30min walk to Parikia & the port. Additionally the hotel is built on a very steep slope - not recommended for everyone! The miniature bottles of shampoo & shower gel weren't great, and the music played by the pool (80s/90s soft rock) needs to go!

Love the location of the hotel around the bay away from the main town. It’s a 30 minute slow walk to the port or around 15 mins to the first few tabernas on the beach via a gravel track and beach walk which is the best way to reach everything. You need to be a bit careful on an evening to avoid tripping up but if you take your time it is very easy to navigate. Pool area is lovely and well maintained with views across the bay where you can see all the vessels coming and going. Rooms are very modern and spacious , ours had two balconies with great views would have been nice to have a kettle to make a drink in the room, they do have Nespresso but charge for these (1.50) the bathroom had everything you could need accept possibly some tissues. We found the staff friendly when approached but they left you to your own devices otherwise. Double air conditioning in the room was a real plus and yes there are lots of steps to reach some of the rooms at the top of the complex but they are manageable if you take your time otherwise you can walk up the sloped driveway at the side of the hotel to get to the rooms. You had a choice of hot and cold options for breakfast which was adequate for us and kept us full till we needed lunch.

We had a suite with a private pool, which was private with great views
The rooms were very clean very spacious. Bathroom lacked some quality bath products which we expected at that price range, no tissues in bathroom.
Room has 2 balconies 2 air conditioners which were fantastic .
BREAKFAST: was not of high standard at all , presentation was Poor, quality of fruit and products not great, variety poor ,for a high standard hotel.
Reception Staff were very good.
Hotel is built on a very steep slope so lots of steps everywhere.
Its very far from shops taverna's or proper beaches.
It's 30min walk to the port and main area and need walking shoes to get there .
A taxi is €15 to closest restaurant and €30 to Naoussa.
Great place if you only want to stay at the hotel and relax

Beautifully situated hotel with views over the beach and port. We had our own plunge pool on our balcony and the view was stunning day or night. Being English, we like a cup of tea in our room, not the Nespresso provided. However, the staff happily provided a kettle, teabags and fresh milk from breakfast every day. You just have to ask and the staff are happy to do what they can. Beautifully cleaned every day and breakfast was a feast. Bacon and eggs every day plus a range of breads, cheese, cake, fruit and jam. You’d be hard pressed not to find something you wanted to eat. The pool bar provides delicious snacks at a reasonable cost. It is a 30 minute walk into the town centre along the beach and well used road with no footpath in places. The initial part is over a rocky area and packing a torch would be useful for the walk home. The hotel itself is situated on a hill and there are a number of steps to the higher rooms. Just take your time and enjoy the exercise to work off the holiday excesses.

We stayed for four nights in mid July, very friendly management, nice pool with plenty of shade and good bar / food service. Breakfasts decent taken on a shaded terrace. Manager always on hand to arrange taxis / transfers etc. Room had two balconies and overlooking the bay the view is one I could watch all day. We had one of the i refurbished rooms which did I think have the best view, our daughter had a refurbished room, but less of a view. Location great - sea is sheltered from the predominantly north wind - with good swimming and nice sandy beach, a 15 minute walk into Parikia for shopping eating drinking. We enjoyed it very much and would come back if we visit Paros again.

I loved every minute of my stay end of august for two weeks.
Everyone of the staff were genuine and very helpful, my suitcase broke on my last morning an hour before my pick up and the receptionist rung around to find a shop open and then rushed me there all before my taxi arrived to take me to the airport.
The facilties were great most of the time i enjoyed the pool and view which was constantly changing, very self as a solo traveller short walk in along beach or plenty of tavernas nearby.
Lovely hotel,i will hopefully be back, will be perfect when evening meals are back in operation as i dont always want to go out of an evening.
Thank you to you the receptionist, dorry i never did get your name you were amazing.

Stayed three nights here in June and could happily have stayed much longer.
The rooms are comfortable and the view is simply stunning. My partner and I had no issue personally, but larger people would struggle with the bathroom and toilet in the rooms as they are really small…just a heads up.
Otherwise an amazing place with easy access to the town snd bars, restaurants etc
The hotel pool bar was not open on our visit but if that changes then long days lazing by the pool would be even better.

The hotel is not in the port. It sits on a cliff and is magnificent. Our rooms were extremely clean and decorated very Greek island style. The hotel arranged transport from the airport and also booked us our car. It was wonderful. The breakfast was huge and they were willing to make expresso etc if you asked. Many many stairs. If you have any problems with knees or hips or going up and down stairs it’s a bit difficult so ask for a room very close to reception. You can walk down to the beach from the pool and walk along the beach to dinner. We drove our car to other villages during the day and enjoyed the sunset by the pool at night. Everyone was lovely and it was fully booked. The family or people running the hotel work extremely hard. We loved our rooms. A couple of things… we had no contact to reach anyone at night from the hotel in case of emergency. The family and workers leave. There are only taxis when the ferries come. Air conditioning, balconies, many shaded areas to read. We did not know if we could drink the water so bought water. The hotel will provide water in the mini fridge and daily cleaning. Reception has maps and is extremely helpful with any questions you may have. It’s been a very hot long tourist season and they were still extremely hospitable and helpful. Snack bar at the pool.
