In close proximity to the port, Hotel Paros is situated on the beach, a mere 10 meters away, with the most breathtaking views of the port, nearby Krios and some amazing sunsets. All our rooms are equipped with a private bath, minibar, TV, air conditioning and the hospitality one expects when on vacation. Some of the rooms at Hotel Paros have sea-view balconies, book well in advance to find these. Our economy/budget rooms are ideal for the low-budget traveller. These rooms also have basic facilities, private bathroom , a/c, tv, mini-bar, but do not have a balcony. Breakfast, drinks, and brunch are served at our café, a classic, along the beach front..

Hotel's Favorite
I stayed here for 9 days in May. I was by myself but linked in with friends who live on Paros. Having known the island for nearly 30 years, I knew what I wanted from my accommodation: beside the sea, near my favourite restaurants, close to the ferry and bus station and freshly cooked breakfast.
All of the reviews have covered this, but it is the kindness of the owners that shines through, nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure that you are comfortable and as a solo traveller I felt so safe.
Cleanliness is unparalleled, food is delicious, comfortable beds and a friendly welcome to sit at their table. Hotel Paros will be my "go to place" from here on in. Thanks to the whole team for all your hard work and help.

Hotel Paros is set less than 10 min walk from the ferry port in Parikia. It's right on the main seashore street, right on the beach (only a street to cross).
It's a family owned hotel and Ms. Ioanna is a very sweet and hard working person trying and succeeding to run it with heart and satisfaction of her guests.
Rooms are very basic, but with everything you need for a vacation. We got the room above the entrance with fab views of the bay and port.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but it's very reasonably priced and delicious - home made at time of ordering, not beforehand.

Very friendly, longtime family, living on the island own and manage the hotel. They all enjoy telling you about their favorite things to do on the island. rooms are clean and nice with balcony Seaview. The sunset view is beautiful every night over the water right in front of the hotel. They offer of good variety of breakfast food with friendly service.
just a short walk to the port and the bus station. Beaches and Tavernas are a few feet away.

Highly do not recommend staying here due to poor room conditions and poor service. The staff is extremely rude and is operated not by locals. Hotel needs a complete renovation update. Even if you find a good deal do not stay here!

Dear Wendy5o4, You have never, ever, stayed at Hotel Paros. So I do not understand where your review comes from, or how you can have formed such a vehement opinion ???????

We discovered Paros in 2009 and have been coming back since, each year staying longer and longer. Often, when things get gloomy in winter, I catch myself thinking 'It's only 5 months till I get to stay again at Jenny's and Tassos' and that cheers me up immensely! This particular winter I've had twice the same nightmare - that J&T sold the hotel and I felt miserable upon finding out... Obviously, this place became very dear to my heart.
Anyhow..!! :)
The hotel is a 10 min walk along the coastline from the port. Most importantly, it sits right across a lovely local beach. To me, there's nothing more 'healing' than sitting on the terrace at 8 am each morning, when the air is fresh and it's so quiet outside, and watching the ships come and go, while Jenny and Tasso make you an amazing breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, don't be tempted to save a couple of euros and settle for breads&jams type of breakfast only - trust me you will never regret eating something of the menu!!! Their omelettes, pancakes, french toast, yogurt are simply outstanding. They really cook everything from scratch (even hash brown potatoes, they make them the night before) and it's cooked-to-order so it's perfectly fresh. Being a regular by now, I take some sort of weird pleasure, when uninformed 'newbies' watch as Jenny takes out our breakfast plates, because it looks just as it tastes :)))) Seriously, even if you stay at another hotel - this is the place for breakfast!
The hotel itself is renovated and very nice. Rooms are cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed every few days, windows have good sound insulation, there's an aircon, a fridge, wifi and small TV.
Jenny is there all day to ensure your journey is enjoyable - from giving you extensive hints on what to do (or not to do!), to helping you book your onwards travel, or even treating you if you succumb to cold (and yeah, driving on the scooter in August poorly dressed is a very bad idea because of the winds!!).
I sincerely can't thank Jenny and Tasso enough for all those years of summer paradise they've given to us and I hope there'll be many more!

Just realised that I had not added a review for this year's stay at the Hotel Paros. Not a lot to say other than that the place just gets better and better - Jenny and Thassos' hospitality is legendary - they really do go the extra mile to ensure an enjoyable stay. Sunsets were just as good as last year, the beer just as cold and the breakfasts just as filling. Jenny's home-made preserves are "to die for" said the wife! Location wise this is perfect for us - less than ten minutes walk to the port and ten paces from the sea! September 2013 has already been booked :-)

Excellent little hotel. Thassos and staff couldn't do enough for us. The 4 bedded room on the top level is perfect for a family with 2 kids - ours were 8 and 10 and absolutely loved this place, located right on the beach with an easy walk to the port and town central. We wanted somewhere we could experience a real Greek Island and avoid the "touristy" resort type towns. This was perfect. We rented an open top Suzuki 4x4 for 2 days and explored the entire island from Thassos's Hotel Parros. Perfect English spoken here. We stayed in May 2012.

Girlfriend and I stayed here last August but waited to this travel season to post our review because trip advisor was key in us making our booking decision (no I don't work for trip advisor). Hotel Paros has a very chill feel - the owners - and I hope they dont take offence - are like coffee shop artists living their dream. I envy them. They are incredibly welcoming - they run a respectable place - clean, great service and as far as I am concerned sunsets that equal Santorini - from the view of the front patio with a few Amstels and a game of backgammon - its the best way to wind down at the end of the day before cleaning up and heading for dinner. Located an honest 10 minutes from the port you are away from the the hustle of the city centre - on the fringe of what feels more like a beach community. Absolutely perfect. Paros is a great island to explore - great beaches - anti paros is worth the ferry ride. Mud beach subs as a spa day. The beaches are lined with small trees that are ideal for a 2pm nap. Hit a bakery in the morning, grab some fresh bread, cheese, cured meat and a few beers and just explore on a moped. Plenty to see. We are on the fence coming back again this year but that would make 3 years in a roll to Greece - lots to still see but oh so tempting. If you are planning to go to Paros - Hotel Paros will not disappoint.
