Not great. Rooms are pretty basic and the shower height was about 5 ft which isn't great for most people. Both pool areas had zero atmosphere and the loungers/pool furniture was tired, worn, dirty and ripped. We stayed less than 24 hours and ended our stay 2 days early, finding better accommodation 7 mins walk away. The manager did offer an alternative room but it was the facilities and pool area which made us leave.

We have just ended our wonderful stay at Mr and Mrs White in Naoussa, Paros. The hotel has a lovely family feel to it and all the staff are kind, friendly, professional and very much want all their guests to have a memorable holiday. Any questions were quickly answered and any problems quickly resolved. The rooms are of reasonable size with adequate storage. The bathrooms are fine but do need a little updating. Cleanliness is faultless. The dining area is perfect for breakfast, which is excellent, with a varied choice of fruit, cereals, hot food, cold meat and cheeses and pastries and cakes. Snack lunches and suppers are available but most guests go in to the town in the evening, a 15 minute walk away with plenty of restaurants, cafes and tavernas. The nearest beach is also approximately a 15 minute walk - downhill going, uphill coming back! There are 2 swimming pools with sun loungers and a bar area open all day. Thoroughly recommend for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

We stayed in Sea view rooms during Aug 1st-4th 2022. Beautiful outside pics on the website are so deceiving, I would say not to fall for outside pics.. Inside, the hotel, rooms which we stayed were terrible, small, inconvenient, with no good showers, with noisy fans, creaky doors and cheap IKEA shades to reduce incoming light, with no effect, sinks outside the bathroom Bathroom fans were not working. On whole, I would not even give 1 star, if not for staff, trying hard to please their customers. Now, I see a reason for their non refundable, pre paid booking, they exactly know to rip people during our vacation. Sad way to do business . we could not get even ketch up sachets for our sandwich, they said they can't give :(, We convinced ourselves, that the server did not understand, The place is not even close to any place , absolutely not with 10-15 mins, with rough, rocky streets on a dark, beaten path. Lots to describe, I hope I could post some pics for reality check One sentence verdict: would not pay 5 star hotel price for 2 star motel!!! Total bad experience for paying $1700.00 for 3 nights and extra night for flight cancellation issues.

MMW Paros on first glance was a beauty to walk into. That beautiful bougainvillea at the entrance ticks all the Greek Island holiday boxes! We had booked 2 rooms for our family of four and have come away so disappointed. We were located in their Armelina apartments. A walk from the main area across the dusty road away from the swimming pools, bougainvillea joy and life of the main hotel facilities, which Elias assured us as we checked in (after seeing our disappointed faces) that ‘we could still use these’! Red flag instantly. Our rooms were poorly appointed (tired linen, no tea/coffee facilities, no surfaces to put anything on off the dirty floor), dirty even after the cleaners had been in, and felt second rate to the pretty pictures online - no pictures of the double bed jammed up against the wall or the shower that was so small you had to step out of it to raise your arms and lather your shampoo! When we enquired if there was any other rooms available (and happy to pay extra) we were briskly told no. The pool area near the Reception is dangerously slippery when wet. The third pool near the Armelina section is tired and unwelcoming. Staff seem stressed, overworked and unhappy. Anything that we asked for assistance with (kindly with manners and empathy for the situation we were all in) was brushed off and not followed up like it should - terrible hot water, unreliable wifi, rooms not serviced at 4pm, water dripping air conditioning into our belongings inside the room. This hotel is affiliated with the Small Luxury Hotels of the World but does not deliver like it should under this guise. Paros is a beautiful island, we just wish we hadn’t been dazzled by the pretty pictures of this hotel online. Buyer please be beware.

Well acquainted hotel with absolutely phenomenal landscaping and gardens. The white buildings are timeless Cycladic beauty. Service was very formal and personable. Complimentary breakfast with our room had plenty of options and the coffee was good to energize for the walk down to the Naoussa port. Our bed in the Premium Garden view room was massive but rock hard, and the bathroom shower head wasn’t a fixed shower or rainfall shower which might be expected for such a prestigious boutique chain in Greece. Patio was great size but didn’t get to utilize much. Cons: Very far from beaches and town; they will say it’s a “stone’s throw” but it’s a good fifteen minute walk to the nearest beach (Agioi Arygoroi, excuse spelling). Similarly 15 minutes to the port front with restaurants. Naoussa is pretty far from airport but we did take the transfer to the port which was only 20 mins. Didn’t try the bar or the restaurant for any meals. Highly recommend walking to town for Safran and the absolutely beautiful views over the port and Venetian castle.

Fantastic atmosphere, great staff with a clear dedication to suit customer needs, friendly and open, human luxury service, great space in the room, very comfortable beds and a nice style all over the place! We enjoyed every minute and special thanks to Dimitar at the pool for her excellent service and Georgina at the reception for making the check in process such a nice experience!

Stayed at Mr and Mrs White for 7 nights at the end of May. We were a family of four staying in two adjacent rooms. Rooms were great, very spacious with comfy beds, light and airy with huge patio balconies, plus a fridge. Bathroom was a little dated. The hotel itself was beautiful, lovely well kept gardens. Two pools, the deeper one a bit of a health hazard with an invisible step, that my husband cracked his shin on, and my sun bashed his head on. But both pools were clean, surrounding pool area was well looked after with plenty of towels and shade. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay, as the hotel was not busy enough. Only serving breakfast. Breakfast was good, bread, cake, fruit yoghurt etc, plus eggs cooked to your liking if you wanted. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a 3 legged cat that like to join you and is partial to a bit of ham. The staff were really helpful and polite, and would go out of their way to help you. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk into Naoussa town. There are a few supermarkets a few mins walk away, plus a bakery. The beach is a 2 min walk, or you can get a bus. Naoussa gets very busy and is quite expensive to eat, especially around the harbour, which is lovely. Worth taking a trip to Anti Paros for the day, smaller, quainter and cheaper. Overall a great hotel and I would return

The staff at this property made the stay perfect. Advice, casual conversation, attentiveness all perfect. The facilities need a little more maintenance but you know I don’t care because the team are brilliant. Easy walk to town and great restaurants like Sigi Ikthios and Safran made the visit great. Don’t forget to visit the caves at Anti Paros

Stayed for 5 nights as part of an island hopping trip. Wonderful warm welcome by Stephanie as soon as we arrived. The room we were given was upgraded and we had a spectacular sea view. Every single menber of staff was warm, welcoming and friendly and full of advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The room, and in fact all areas of the hotel, was spotlessly clean. We loved our stay there and in fact having moved to another island and another hotel that we don’t really like, we wish we could go back there right now. Well done to the whole team!
