Athina Studios are a small family run operation in the traditional and cosmopolitan fishing village of Naoussa-Paros located on the hillside just 150 meters above "Piperi Beach" and 300 meters (3-4 minutes walking) from the centre of Naoussa and its picturesque small port. Built according to the traditional Cycladic architectural style in colors of white and blue. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, bathroom, TV, kitchenette with the necessary utensils, balcony or terrace most of them with nice view. Fax-mail transmittal service, free internet access, daily maid service are available and credit cards (VISA - MASTER) are accepted.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The guesthouse is located up on a hill and thus in a very quiet location but stillin walking distance (5-8min) to Naoussa’s centre with shops, restaurants, marina. Athina welcomed me in a very friendly manner and showed me to my room even though it was only 10am in the morning. The room was large and provided a balcony with a view (you could see the sea a bit further away), aircon, fridge, hot shower and toiletriesas well as a coffee maker, a kettle, a sink, dishes and two induction cooking plates. There was even a basket containing crackers, jam, instant coffee, tea, sugar. Even though the place was a bit older everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I very much enjoyed staying in this friendly & comfy guesthouse!

since my partner and I discovered the beautiful island of Paros three years ago, we have stayed at Athinas studios in Naoussa on four occasions. You are always assured of a warm friendly welcome in this family run establishment. The room are spacious,spotless, well equipped and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Athinas is well located, just a short walk to the centre of Naoussa. We are looking forward to our next visit to the Island and Athina's very shortly.

Small, homely and well maintained studio apartments. We had one with balcony overlooking the bay. Short walk (5 mins) downhill to the harbour and shops. Take the boats across the bay to the excellent beaches.
Plenty of availability in June but very busy in peak months of July and August (Athina - who is very friendly - showed us her reservation book).
Great for couples who are island hopping!

We stayed here in the peak season of 2009 and we found it a quite good accomodation for its reasonable price with very nice views to Naoussa.
The building is situated ideally in a quiet, uphill location of Naoussa with a 15-minute leisure walk from the town center (o.k. maybe upwards the end of the road is not much of a leisure for everybody :)). It's a quiet and peaceful place, but close enough to everything. You can park your car in front of the building, or if there's a car there already, you can go a little bit further (~25 m, so not a long distance), and you can leave your car there in an empty place.
The room was lovely with one double and one single bed, towels, TV, A/C, a little kitchenette and a nice private bathroom with shower (with curtain). And the best part of the room was the balcony, which offered a great view to the white cube houses of the town and the sea in the background. Our balcony was originally a balcony shared with the next room, but was separated from it with big pots of plants.
Naoussa is in the north part of the island, so be aware of the fact that in case of windy weather (the typical strong wind of the area is called meltemi) it can happen that you can't open the umbrella on the balcony or have a quiet breakfast, because the wind blows away everything.
Athina, the owner is a very nice lady. Even her very first e-mail was very kind, detailed and helpful. You can ask her about everything. Transfer was availabe from a 5-night stay only, so we couldn't use it, because stayed fewer days. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

Athina's studio is one of the best travel values in Greece. The studio apartment is pretty roomy with small refrig, 2 burner hot plate sink and our room had 3 beds. The verandah had a great view of the harbor over Naoussa. The rooms and grounds are spotlessly clean and Athina is very friendly. At 35Euro per night in September it is a great bargain. One caveat, the property is at the top of a steep hill. If you are walking just be aware that it's a thigh burner!

Athina and her husband were very welcoming and helpful!
Rooms were clean and beds & pillows comfortable. Air con was a life saver!
They have a little bit of extra parking for quad bikes etc if you’re renting them.
If you’re after a really great value place close to the town, this is it!

Within easy walking distance (as long as you don't mind stairs and uphill roads) of both a great beach and also Naoussa town, in a quiet area, Athina Studios is a great budget option. The average sized rooms are clean, serviced daily, with clean bedding and towels. Aircon and fridge are great - and kitchenette, although basicly equipped is sufficient. Bathrooms are traditional greek, but with shower curtain and kept very clean - with good supply of hot water. Washinglines provided are very helpful. Athina and her family are very helpful and pleasant, without being intrusive in any way, which makes the stay so much more enjoyable. The balconies and outside seating areas ensure that there is a spot to sit in shade or sun and out of the wind. There are also several grocery stores nearby, as well as the bus stop. All in all a great value for money option in Naoussa. Athina also recommended a great restaurant - Meltemi - in the harbour of Naoussa, which has very tasty food and very pleasant service at affordable prices. Definitely to be recommended as well. For sundowner drinks we can also recommend the Come Back Cocktailbar in the Old Town of Naoussa right on the shoreline .The quality of the cocktails, the decor and the pleasant service make this a very memorable venue.

Athina studios are situated just outside of the town of Naousa. We stayed here in September with friends and I think we had the best rooms. They had a lovely large terrace with a great view which overlooked the town with the sea in the distance. The rooms were spacious, light and airy and immaculately clean. The only downside I would say was there was only 1 parking space, we parked in a nearby car park one day and got told off by Athina’s husband! The studios are on a very steep hill which is good if you like to keep fit, but would not be suitable for disabled. We will return to Paros and I would be happy to stay at Athina’s lovely studios again.

Had an awesome three nights at this beautiful studio. There is quite a hill to get to the apartment, but the view from our balcony was worth it. The owner was great and the room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful studios in the typical whitewashed cycladic architecture. The studios are clean, with A/C and have a small kitchenette. Some have a balcony with a wonderful view over the bay. The price for a studio with a view for 2 persons was only 35 euros. The studios are a 10 minutes walk through the charming streets to the center of Noussa, 5 minutes to the nearest beach. But on your way back be prepared to walk up a quite steep hill to get to the studios (the "price" you have to pay for a nice view, well worth it). My advice: rent a scooter and discover the island (it will also ease your way uphill to the studios).
