Very nice hotel. Great location to walk to the port area. Excellent breakfast, the breakfast waitress had a smile at all times and made us great coffees. View is magnificent. Our studio suite was very spacious with a nice balcony we enjoyed . Front desk was helpful proving information. We were very happy we chose this hotel on your travels.
OK place with good view of the sea but not at all what it looks like in pictures on website, booking etc... small. The so called "spa bath" is an old bathtub in the very tired bathroom. Pool is clean but small. Rooms clean but electric sockets hanging from wall... Very windy so we were not able to spend any time on the terrace. Breakfast is good and breakfast room staff very very friendly. It's a short walk to town but easy to find. Naoussa is lovely in October, hardly any tourists.
This hotel is wonderful. We were booked to stay 3 nights and had paid for 3 but our ferry was cancelled only allowing us to stay for 2 nights for our next destination. The hotel kindly allowed us to change the booking for 2 nights and refund us the 3rd. Upon check in the staff members were absoutley lovely, checking us in was a breeze and they showed us our room and the amenities to the hotel. The room itself has been well taken care of, clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. The views are simply breathtaking also! Thanks for having us, this place is beautiful and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.
We splurged for the jacuzzi suite for our honeymoon and we thought it was worth it. Jacuzzi is small but especially since it was a bit cooler in October it was a nice way to relax at the end of our busy days. Also with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was excellent. Port pickup was great but we were surprised with the drop-off when we found out it wasn't included and cash only. I emailed the hotel and they told me since I didn't book it in advance I had to pay (I don't get this... But be sure to clarify if you book).
We were staying in a nearby hotel which was closing for the season so were able to have a look before booking. So glad we did because the reviews were not at all accurate in our opinion. The hotel does not have any common areas apart from a very ordinary breakfast building that resembled a cafeteria. The main pool is not nearly as large as it appears in the photos so if you like to swim forget about it and the lounge chairs although design wise looked cute would be uncomfortable for those who like to read by the pool. The second pool is a joke, even smaller and up a steep set of stairs, no jacuzzi for guests (unless you ante up for that room type $$$), no gym. The reception area when you arrive is no more than a wooden shack. So glad we were able to see the hotel for ourselves because we would have been totally disappointed. Obviously did not choose to stay, there are many better choices on this beautiful island.…
