We stayed in Bungalows Svoronos for 12 nights, and we have been back yesterday, left the place under so strong impressions. Our apartment exceeded all our expectations, it was as we like it: authentic, true, rustic, cycladic style apartment; spacious and in silent part of Noussa. Location is perfect,almost in epicenter of this cosmopolitan port, so charming and beautiful, yet you will have granted excellent night sleep in silence and very comfortable beds. Bungalows are very clean, every day maintained, and they respect all Covid measures, we felt safe and valuable as guests. Garden itself is very beautiful. The best part is hospitality ! Owner of the Bungalows is Vassiliki, so kind and responsible lady. She helped us a lot in arranging island routes, helped us with rent a car, answered all our questions in so well balanced manner, so you feel like you are alone in your private house, but in case you need assistance you will get it immediately. For sure they know how to do the business in Bungalows Svoronos, tradition of this venue is long and that is big plus, and obvious. When arrived we were welcomed with coffee and sweets, we were given fruits from their own garden, and when we left we felt it so hard to leave this venue and island of Paros. For us as a family with deep love for Greece, we consider us happy that we found out new pearls in this faboulous country: this island and this appartments. Will be back *…

Such a cute place, close to everything, but still secluded. Beautiful little bungalows with lots of space, both indoor and outdoor. The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, generous and service minded. Breakfast in the outdoor garden is so nice!

How anyone could find anything negative to say about the customer service offered here is beyond us. Vassiliki is just fantastic and goes above and beyond to cater for guests. This place would not be the same without her. The breakfast is huge and 5 star. Bungalows are in a traditional style with balcony’s and roof terraces with sea views. Fantastic location for Naoussa and we will Be back!

Really bad customer service, rude and dirty apartment. The location is good and the concept of the layout is nice however the apartment we have been was quite old. The real problem was the big spiders and huge cockroaches. Really big health and safety issues inside and outside the apartment. The lady instead of being helpful when we told her the issue of the spiders she took the piss and tried to make us feel silly. She said that it sounded strage that we never had spiders before and that is completely normal and that Svoronos Spiders don’t bite!!!! Obviously will never visit again!!!

Dear Mrs Manana You placed your reservation with us after many telephone calls and emails. I presented you and your family with a number of different options. You inquired quite particularly about our mattresses and pillows because as you said you suffer from migraines. I answered all of your questions to the best of my ability. I sent you several photographs of the apartment prior to your arrival, along with pictures of a second apartment and I even offered to return your deposit in case you did not find the accommodation to your liking. You called to confirm the reservation of the particular apartment. During all this back and forth how was my rudeness so successfully concealed? For the summer of 2020 check-in begins at 15:00. However, you were immediately checked-in at 11:00, upon arriving early from Naxos. How was that bad customer service? On the first evening, you came asking to change apartments because you found a spider. To be more specific you requested an upgrade to an apartment that was offered to you but was dismissed by you. Unfortunately, as I explained the apartment was no longer available. I also told you that in the countryside and in a house surrounded by gardens, it is not uncommon to see insects. You snapped at me and told me that in the nine years that you visit Paros you have never seen a spider. Please excuse me if I find this hard to believe. Then your husband proceeded to compare finding a spider with a rat infestation you had in your London apartment. Admittedly, this was where you lost me. Your husband then told me how your holidays would be ruined if you had to rush to the hospital and doctor to treat a potential spider bite. I responded by telling you that the common spiders are not dangerous and that in our many years of operation we have never had a guest bitten by a spider. Then you snapped at me yet again telling me that we should add to our description that our apartments come with “pets” that do not bite. But of course, I am the rude one. On the same evening, you complained about finding ants on the kitchen window. Oddly enough, I found absolutely nothing when I went in to spray, immediately after you left for the evening. Nevertheless, I sprayed all windows and balcony doors and instructed our staff to do the same as a precaution every other day. How was that not helpful? Now I see you added cockroaches to the mix, together with undefined health and safety violations (?) and uncleanliness. And my question is, why did you “endure” a five-night stay in such conditions and not check out earlier? Your reservation was not prepaid, your deposit was the fee of a single night and you had not provided us with credit card details. You are well familiar with the island, as you yourself informed me, and have visited several hotels in Naoussa during your previous visits. I am fully aware that we cannot possibly please every visitor, but I cannot understand the need for such lies and spite in your review. My coworkers and I try our very best to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable and I hope that the numerous reviews provide enough proof. Such proof is also the fact that we are blessed with many recurring guests. Obviously you will not be one of them and that is fine. There are a lot more properties to explore on the island. We had a few wonderful days at Svoronos. The people are very friendly and helpful. The place is just amazing, a little paradise between all the houses. The rooms are very big and charming. The breakfast is delicious and the garden you eat it wonderful. We had our own roof terrace and a little garden terrace. The rooms are very clean and the furnitures antique and very stylish. We come back for shure :)

The accommodation that we got was just gorgeous, felt like moving in to somebody's home. Nice and antique furnitures, clean, fresh and a cute little kitchen with all you could wish. We had our own lovely patio with lounge chair.Very friendly and service minded staff.

What a wonderful experience staying here. We started and ended with a smiling transfer to and from the ferry with an informative, fun chat on our way to Naoussa. The property ,as is the town is beautiful: gardens, suites, decor,huge breakfasts in the stunning courtyard... a 5 minute stroll to the beach and to the centre of the gorgeous old port of Naoussa full of restaurants & shops. The family run property is a delight and cannot be more highly recommended. The suites also have cooking facilities.

Wonderful stay for our family holiday. The ladies and team that run the bungalows are charming and extremely helpful. The most delicious breakfast is served in the courtyard daily. The rooms are a perfect for our family of 2 adults and 1 child, with our bungalow even boasting a roof terrace! Beach towels are provided and changed every 3 days. Perfectly located with Naoussa only being a very short walk.

We could not rate our stay higly enough, the family are just ever so welcoming. They serve delicious breakfasts in courtyard every morning - omelettes are 10/10. The bungalows are fabulous each with outdoor courtyard terrace areas and filled with antiques. A 5 minute walk to the old port and free pick up from and to the port. Naoussa is so much nicer than anywhere else on the island! Please stay here you won’t regret it.
