We had a great time at the Château! The staff was very nice and helpful, and we highly enjoyed our time in the spa. The room was correct and the breakfast was very pleasant with a great variety of food and a nice view on the park. Furthermore, I appreciated to find good virgin cocktails at the bar. We also...

I was excited from the pictures I saw in their website and booking.com to stay at this "castle' only to find out once we got there that there had nothing to do with a beauty of a castle. It.s more of a bad old motel with terrible service and disappointed rooms. Even the people on the reception were very rude....

The exterior of the hotel is picture perfect. The rooms are large, with everthing you need but not luxurious, more of a spartan feel. The gym and swimming pool are great. However the staying here is like being in a faulty towers episode. The service is so bad it is sort of funny. The odd thing is there appears to...

What a disappointment. I was booked in to the hotel with business and excited to see the pictures and hotel description. However, the pretty images on the website cannot detract from the fact this hotel is past its best. The bedroom was shabby with scuffed walls, room service selection is extremely limited and there was no air conditioning in the...

Arrived at reception and checked in for one night and the receptionist insisted I pay upfront for my stay, had a standard room and yes it was standard, nothing to write about, clean and did its job. Went to the bar and was ignored by staff, there were three of them and all they wanted to do was talk to...

The place is good. Services and staff were poor (in lobby and restaurant), for houskeeping it was perfect, and the room was good. I never see that in my life, and I still chocked by the behaviour of some staffs, they were arrogant, and inefficient. The bar obliged us to pay in cash, they refused the card and refused to...

As a fan of chateau concept that is quite successful in France we booked this hotel and came to disillusion.... the level of food, its variety, service, cleanness of the rooms ......everything leaves much to be desired. No complimentary water in the rooms, no air conditioning..... I could hardly remember something positive that I experienced...

For the Château de Montvillargenne (35 km from Paris; you can get a taxi either from Roissy Charles De Gaulle Airport or Gare du Nord train station) – 50 euro. You can get away from it all – the WiFi is free but very slow and connection is frequently lost. In my case this allowed me the freedom to explore...

We stayed in a family suite, which is two large connecting rooms. The setting is lovely, the rooms were great and the pool and leisure facilities perfect for adults or children. This would have been a 5 star review if the hotel had air conditioning. The rooms can get a little stuffy in summer

I agree with many of the other reviewers: This hotel is in a beautiful, old chateau near Chantilly with lots of promise but with not much delivered. The rooms are small and outdated, especially the bathrooms. The WiFi is free but very slow. I stayed here as part of a business conference. We had dinner with 12 people one night....
