The hotel is pretty much dated, and our balcony windows have seen better days (they could not be locked). Also, there is no elevator and this type of service dose not bother me but may bother handicapped and older people because it is not easy for them to climb that much stairs from reception (beach) to rooms. The food is... More

I just came back from Hotel Faraon, and I need to say I'm a bit disappointed. If you have ever been to other countries like ex. Turkey, Egypt or Tunisia then you better stay at home then to visit this hotel. For me all inclusive in Antalya ment that I could put my wallet in safebox, and eat and drink... More

First there were the garbage collectors at 6 in the morning and than the hotel staff around 7 unloading just infront of the hotel which is orientated to the sea. as the hotel is very old the isolation is very poor it is very noidy also from the stairways. reception could not lower the price, although admitting my critics, because... As a regular guest for 6 years, I want to commend the extremely improved (excellent) service this summer at the hotel. The hotel's location is very good and the place is beautiful. The staff is very kind and friendly, the food variety is very good, the beach is very close and very clean. A big complaint this year was very... More

First of all, there is no parking anywhere near the hotel. Second, building with rooms are divides from reception and restaurant what can be terrible in case it rains. Rooms are average, with worn out furniture. There is air conditioning but in my room for some reason it wasn't working. Landscape around hotel is amazing, beach is clean and nice.... More

By second time in a row my three members family stayed for 4 nights at this hotel during May 1st. Staff is so kind, nice and guests friendly. Animators, in particular Ms. Ana, are so dedicated, professional, carefull and committed. We had an urgent medical situation with our 4,5 yrs daughter when the hotel staff responded immediatelly calling a local... More

The location is very beautiful and the city itself is quiet and friendly. The quality-price ratio of the hotel is correct - so for the average price you pay - you get average conditions. It is difficult to find a parking place but the staff is very helpful with this. The rooms need a restoration already - although everything is... More

Room and dining area were untidy. Food was so bad it didn't fulfill even our modest expectations. We ordered a baby cot in advance but it wasn't there. We found a needle from the full carpet floor, which is something you don't want to see when you are travelling with a one year old child. Blankets were full of tree... More

I'd suggest you take some of the negative reviews of this hotel with a pinch of salt. It really depends what you want from a holiday and lets face it if you want five star service, you have to pay for it. This hotel worked out very cheap and this review takes that into account. We booked it mainly for... More

We are a family of four and stayed for five nights at the beginning of Sep 2014. In a few words you get what you pay for. Mind you, you are in Croatia :) Good sized rooms, clean, peaceful and quiet. Need some renovation, though. A big minus is the lack of a lift so you have to carry all... More
