A beautiful place and we could see the snow covered peak not only from our balcony but also our bathroom. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and the service is very thoughtful. We did three days of biking: one with regular bike and two with e-bike. Andrea helped us organize everything and it was simply perfect. We hope to visit...

Location: The location at the foot of the majestic mountains is superb. Our room had a balcony from which we could see these mountains in all their pristine glory. The area is very quiet with no traffic or road noise, so you can get a really good night's sleep here. Also, it's an easy and scenic 15 min drive to...

This family run hotel is in a quiet location, set amongst mountains and fields with various opportunities for different walks. Our room was traditionally furnished with an ensuite bathroom and it was cleaned and tidied each day. The breakfast buffet gave plenty of choices. We were staying on a half-board basis so our evening meal was included. The menu of...

A nice hotel but a very busy proprietor who seemed like a strict headmistress however she was very efficient ! My bags were even in my room for me which is just as well as there is no lift. I had a pleasant but basic room overlooking a lovely church. My stay was only for two nights as part of...

Booked as part of a package through Inntravel- so I’m not sure of the price we actually paid. That said I can believe the three star rating, overall. The location is good and the evening meal, although restricted to a half-board set menu, was very good and offered variety and a change form familiar fare. Breakfast was very good, offering...

Just returned from a trip which included 3 nights at the Agathawirt. This is a family run business in which it seems various members of the family are involved with all of the day to day running. Andrea , who in other reviews is criticised, we found to be a very efficient and hard working patron. Maybe she can come...

This hotel combines local character with modern comfort and great service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food provided in the evening was excellent. The hotel is very well located for transport (road, walking paths, bus, train and boat).

My husband and I had been cycling around Austria and had stayed at several Gasthof / Hotels all of which had been truly excellent, extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, however put your coat on before entering this hotel as you'll need it for the frosty reception you'll receive from the proprietor, she clearly finds paying guests an irritation. Our luggage...
