This was our first visit to the region for skiing and we loved it. The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. Food is great..did I say great/ ? yes it is is great and that is both breakfast and dinner. Bus stop is in front of the Inn and you can ski out if you don't miss the turn. We are trying to book again for 2020 and not surprising ...our dates are sold out. We may have to change our dates. The charm of an older Austrian Inn comes with the lack of sound insulation...so that was acceptable for us to hear the kids running in the hallway at 6 am. Maybe someday I will get grandchildren if I am lucky enough.

Outdated hotel which is incredibly worn and no charm. A not very welcoming staff and everyone there should take a smile course. We booked a room with balcony, garden / mountain view, minibar and deposit box and didn't get any of it. When I went down to ask for this I was told that booking had written wrong information and that they would ask booking to change immediately, 9 days later nothing has happened. The room should also be soundproff, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. If you are going to have any choices for breakfast you should be there early when it is empty it is empty. Totally tragic hotel, This is a absolute max 3 star hotel. Never say yes to room 302.

We could not have asked for more from the Adler. We arrived very early on the first day and our room was already ready and accessible, we mentioned in passing about Gluten Free and at every meal I was given gluten free bread and an alternative menu. The room was a little small but typically Austrian. The sauna and swimming pool were good for relaxing, it's a shame that they are on 2 levels. The food was excellent and we had a wide range that we would not typically eat at home. The waiting staff were excellent and the afternoon snack was a welcome surprise. We would come back here in Summer or Winter as the whole holiday was great and the bus stop directly outside made getting out and about very easy.

Family run hotel near the edge of Kirchberg. Modest but decent spa. Friendly and helpful receptionist Elisabeth and all the staff are keen to please. Decent breakfast buffet & 'help yourself' cappuccino which means you can be out on the slopes for 830 when the Fleckalmbahn opens. Evening meals are excellent too including a world-beating Tiramisu. Rooms are a little bit dated but they're very much done in a traditional Tirolean style. Powerful showers & underfloor heating.

Just returned after staying a week at this wonderful hotel. If you want typical Austrian this is it. Very cosy clean with wonderful staff who are all very efficient and friendly. Had half board and the food was superb at breakfast and at dinner. The room was large, with a balcony and very comfortable. Located about 5/10 minutes walk from Kirchberg and 15 minutes on the bus from Kitzbuhel which stops outside the hotel. The hotel also has a great indoor swimming pool. Look forward to returning in summer.
