Everything was perfect. Excellent room, large bathroom, hi quality food of all kind, staff very polite and amiable. We would return at this hotel every year. It is situated in the very center of the town and not far from the cable station.

We came to Norica Hotel from New York city . Bad Hofgastein where Norica hotel is located is a wonderful place if you are looking for quiet and relax. The hotel is located in the city center which is so comfortable. To be honest this hotel one of the best we've ever been before . Exelent staff, food is delicious and exquisite, rooms are very clean and modern . And one of the best points of that hotel is direct connection with termal spa which makes it exclusive because you walk down only in bathrobe and slippers and can enjoy thermal water , saunas and wonderfool views . that hotel has a direct ski bus from entrance to ski lift . Highly recommend this hotel to visit!!! It worth it to overcome the distance from Amirica to Bad Hofgastein for such a relaxation. Tykhomyrov Family + Kravtsov Family

We are currently staying in Hotel Osterreicherhof and having a wonderful stay. All the staff are friendly and courteous. When we arrived back after a long walk to refill our 3 water bottles in The Celtic Spa I was upset to come across a very abrupt member of staff that works there from Hotel Norica. She had an issue with me getting water and informed me that the water was only if I was using the sauna and not to take away. There is no sign informing anyone of this. How ridiculous that a staff member is so unfriendly that she would not allow me to have 3 small bottles of water for my family. Was I going to drain the water system? I made a complaint at the reception of Hotel Norica and I was informed that she would inform management of the incident I had with Edith. She also informed me I could take water if I wanted. The receptionist was fine but could also improve in her customer service skills. I am extremely environmentally aware and do not wish to buy lots of plastic bottles of water while on holiday and will refill when possible by keeping 3 bottles for us for the week. Hotels should be discouraging the use of plastic where possible not pointing at all the plastic cups beside the tap and telling me this is what they are for which Edith did. Our seas are littered with plastic and it is up to everyone to play there part. Recycling is no longer the answer we must try to minimise our use of plastic in the first place. I was also extremely upset that Edith decided to speak to customers about why I was upset and informing them I was filling 5 bottles and not 3. I hope not all your staff are as unfriendly and unprofessional as Edith. My 11 year old daughter no longer wanted to use The Celtic Spa because of Edith. Very nice to upset an 11 year old all over a little water. The Celtic Spa name made me laugh considering I am Irish. With this name it should be friendly like us Celts. It really is a shame as the spa is beautiful. I was going to give a glowing review of the spa.

Excellent location and the food is top class , WiFi very good, the rooms are a bit small and very hot up to 30 degrees but we could turn off the heating which brought it down to 20 , the underground passage to the alpentherme is top class as it’s one of the finest spas you will find especially the outdoor heated pool over 40 degrees ,great location in the heart of the town and 10 minute walk to the gondola, quiet resort and ideal for families

Norica is an ambitious, highly rated hotel, that’s why when you go there - your expectations are relevant. We were strongly disappointed by the room (233), which was very tired. There are renovated rooms which they mostly show in their advertising. But in real life we spent our NY holidays in dirty walls. Awful pillows - another story of our accommodation. In general the hospitality and service were good. Restaurant menu was delicious (except the NY Eve Dinner - it was too complicated). Also take into consideration that there is no children’s area in the hotel and lobby is really small to spend there a lot of time (even if you like to play chess as we do).

On behalf of all big team from Lithuania (22 people 😊) I would like to thank You for the hospitality and wonderfull time spent in your hotel last week. We were amazed by your staff professionalism, by the most tastefull food we received, by the comfort of your luxury hotel rooms, and of course by SPA. I can admit, we yearly are going for skiing by big group and we have tried many times Italy, France, Switzerland, and of course different ski areas in Austria as well-but such a service and comfort we received only in your place. It was best relaxing holiday week for us! Once again, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING it was AMAZING!!! For sure we will come back to you again, and most probably next year already 😊😊😊 Many thanx to all of your super team in the restaurant, they are so good and professional in making good mood for everyone!!!! 😊 We got in love in your hotel and team !!! 😊

I’d like to share my opinion after staying in Hotel Norica Therme this year and Hotel Astoria two years ago in Bad Hofgastein in Austria. My friends have visited these particular hotels even more times. Both belong to the same group Czerny Hotelbetriebs GmbH. It was a great pleasure to ski and than have a hot bath in Norica Hotel’s own pool and Spa area or use the private underground passage (warm elegant well lighted) leading to the town’s Thermes and Aquapark. Both hotels have their vintage interiors, elegant sophisticated with carefully matched detailes. All create the atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Absolutely clean, fresh well taken care of interior parts of the building as well as exterior area around it gave me and my family lots of pleasure and relax. The food was delicious, fresh, various. I especially appreciated vegetarian menu but my family and friends enjoyed fish and meat dishes. The Staff worked hard, quickly and was ready to serve any minute. Mr Risto was very nice performing his duties in a very professional way. Even the owner of the hotel himself Mr Czerny was checking the quests’s opinions and taking them under consideration. Mr Czerny was patient enought to show us the newly opened Moser Hotel standing next to Norica Hotel and being connected with Norica by the glass bridge over the street. We were all astonished by the beauty and perfection of combinning of old (the main part of the building comes from 1447) and modernly equipped interiors. I’d like to draw girls’ and women’s attention to the fact that the rooms have Swarowski’s cristals added to the furniture to make them even more pretty. In my opinion the galery of old paintings and glass walls make real feast to artistic senses of all types og guest. I’d like to stress that even the staff’s clothes (dresses) were elegant and smart with ethnic patterns. I reccomend everybody to visit these beautiful and friendly hotels. The whole staff was very friendly and helpfull. An exceptional service was provided by Milinko the barman in night duty. He made our trip unforgettable. Hotel is clean enough. Rooms in "Atrium"part are very spacey, just to find the shortest way from the room to reception is sometimes a little bit difficult :). Hotel spa: sauna world is fine, the pool has a potential with a good designer to be a nicer place. If you like a little bit overcrowded place after 200m of tunnel walk you can visit Alpen Therme where you will find what you need.
