First if all, The WiFi did not work after several tries from us ,we ended up using our mobile data which is just a disappointment. No proper signage going to the hotel as they altered the entrances and exits due to covid. But please a proper assistance to your guests will go along way in terms of customer service. We had to walk and keep on asking where the hotel is. Thirdly, poor housekeeping and restaurant service. Both departments are unorganized.whenever you order something,it takes a long time for the food or drinks to be served. Next, they always made up our room last and super late till 5.30pm. Even when we requested as early as 9.30 am to please clean the room, they just give us excuses. Yes,your hotel is very under staffed but please come up with a better strategy in cleaning rooms especially we are your first timers guests,and we ended to just tidying our room during or stay. Not recommended for foreigners, only 3 people can speak or greet you in English, the rest does not even smile to the guests. Won't be recommending this hotel even if the location is lovely.…
When you enter the resort there is a trip advisor 4* printed out.... i am now wondering WHY??? I still haven't received my refund of 9,000BHAT. I have all the documents printed and laying with my bank and now it has been 4 months.... NEXT action to go to the police... Can you please acknowledge my emails and trip advisor complaint??
Stayed there with my family in june. We had two connecting rooms and we where eaten alive by bedbugs in both rooms, all four of us had hundreds of bites. We checked out when we found out, no help from the hotel, no refund. Sent two e-mails to the hotel with photos and they haven’t even answered. I would not send my worst enemy to this hotel - STAY AWAY!
I stay in la lune for 1 night however i paid for 3 upfront BUT had to cancel it due to the amount of Chinese tourists and the NOISE!! I then refunded my 9,000 BHAT 3 weeks ago and I still have not recieved the money back and they are NOT replying my EMAILS! I have no other way of getting my money back unless I write this review and HOPEFULLY they will see this and follow up.
Nice hotel located on the beach. In the morning you have a big beach but in the afternoon it is small because the water come. The rooms are okay. Only if you go to the toilet at night you must watch out the bed. The matress is smaller then the bed so you hit your leg to the bed at night. Breakfast is ok and the staff is very friendly.
