Close to 2 7-Elevens and Audi Bar this was fairly expensive at $50 CAD per night. Rooms have WiFi and Air Conditioning and are a short 5 minute walk from Sai Kaeow beach with it's famous white sands. You would stay here for the nightlife and be sure to bring bug spray as there are many mosquitoes around.

We first stayed at Mossman House shortly after it opened some years ago. Since then the husband and wife team that run this small boutique hotel have prospered by continuing to provide clean rooms and friendly service at modest prices. As a consequence their business has expanded and they have extended the hotel at the back and now own another... More

U have to get mosquitoes spray. Well every hotel the same. Alot of mosquitoes. Mossman house is pretty good. Perfect area. Close to everything. Motorbike service just there ...u don't have to leave your passport or ID card. ATM just there . two 7-eleven. Better call in advance for booking or book online because it's always full.

I went there with my friends on 17-18/10/2015. At first, we booked 2 rooms for 6 people (a 2-double bed room and a twin room) on 20/9/2015. Then, about 1 week before going there, the owners contacted and asked us to change the rooms because plumbers would come and fix a water tank near that booked rooms. Therefore, we got... More

The Mossman House and Baan Mulan are on the main street off of the beach. Both are owned by the same family. I stay at both when I come to KS. Great people and good services. This time it is off season--however, it has been unusually noisy. Oh well. Like I said, I enjoy both places. Our room is nice,... More

Koh Samet is an island 40 minutes ferry ride from Ban Phe, which is in Rayong Province, about 170 km south east of Bangkok. The island is very popular with Thais, and is becoming increasingly popular with foreign tourists who are tired of the over-developed islands like Koh Samui. There are many beaches, hotels and resorts on Koh Samet, but... More

Stayed here for a number of nights recently and the room was just fine. The view from the spacious balcony was great for bird watching. Most evenings you get to see a pair of Pied Horn Bills returning to the forest to roost. The rooms are cleaned and fresh towels provided daily if you leave your key in the box... More

Stayed here a while back, good central position for beaches shop and restaurants, good service and clean rooms, will stay again. Also good facilities, there was lots of building and improvement going on ,on the island,so alas I feel it will become more commercial and loose a little of its charm

Staying here at the moment and for 20 a night we can't complain. Very clean rooms which have the bedding changed each day (this doesn't happen in 5 star resorts!) and water and toilet paper delivered on a daily basis. I have read a review here complaining about putting toilet roll in the bin, this is common in Thailand especially... More

When you stay here then ask for room on toplevel. Ask for room away from mainstreet. Then you will be very pleased like us. Service and cleaning are excellent. Moon is the woman is charge. If you get to know here she is a nice person. Rooms are safe and nice. Beds are pretty hard like in all of Asia.... More
