Going to Khao Yai is difficult if you are not a Thai and you do not have a car to drive. However, once you reach this resort, it is beautiful. I stayed in the chalet part of the hotel, but, the hotel has the tented section, if you are interested. The resort is not near anywhere, but you won't be...

This is a surprise find in Khao Yai. Honestly I was not expecting much from any "resorts" in and around Khao Yai. Phuwanalee not only surprised me but pummeled my preconcieved expectations to the ground. First off it is beautiful and a true "resort". Very well maintained, very well built and very well serviced with professional staff. If it was...

This is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly, the location beautiful and the landscaping very impressive. The room was immaculately clean. The breakfast was a notch better than the average Thai hotel fare and the dinner menu, although simple, was well priced and well cooked. I spent a couple of nights here with my wife and two young...

The resort is extremely easy to get to; leaving Bangkok stay on highway 1, switch to highway 2 towards Pak Chong, then turn onto Thanarath Rd. heading to Khao Yai National Park. About 13km further is the right turn for the dirt road heading to the hotel. We arrived after midnight and the staff had stayed up and waited for...

The minute we drove into the car park we were meet by an attendant and our bags were quickly whisked away. Room: All dark wood, lots of teak, french doors, nice windows that offered...

Choose the tent instead of standard rooms would be an interesting experience when perfect match with Kyao Yai theme where a silence natural place. Only a few tents in the resort where simple but clean and safe enough to stay there just you may still have the chance with visitors but it's kind of natural experience which traveler should have...

I love Thai hotels like these! Located a little remote from the main street this hotel offers everything the heart could wish for: a pool for refreshing in the heat, nature, a huge lovely garden, trails through the jungle and a lot do discover. We stayed in one of the Boutique tents and it was awesome! So close to nature...

We spent 2 nights at this hotel for visiting Khao Yai NP. The location for that is perfect and since we came by car we had no problem getting to and from the hotel. ( This might be tricky if you arrive to the region alternatively). The whole complex is well maintained and the rooms had a good size. We...

2900 Baht for the room (in the main building), we thought a bit overpriced. Our experience is that one should always look at Agoda to compare prices, often Agoda is cheaper than the price the hotel itself gives you. Phuwanalee was cheaper on Agoda than the price the lady at reception gave us when we drove up in our rental...
