Tv didn t work, so i asked for service, they couldn t fix it, and said hotel was full. Didn t offer refund or anything else. Breakfast : hotel was indeed crowded,...

We had an amazing night at the Nantong Hotel Restaurant. The food is exquisite. The food was authentic for the Nantong region. We sat in a private room where we where served at least 20 different dishes that ranged from fish to meat to tofu and more. I would like to thank the hotel and staff for a plesant evening.

My husband had to work in Nantong for 7 weeks, so I and our 6 month old baby came with him from Canada. We stayed in the Nantong Hotel apartments (the hotel has 3 buildings, a hotel, a conference centre and apartments). Our apartment was brand new, hard wood floors and marble counters, we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms...

Some of the rooms do not have shower cubicles and the bathroom floods which is a pain. All services were really good. Weird food in the...

The room facilities were basic with no internet access, no local information and no room service. The bathroom looked like a domestic bathroom from the 1970s and was a sludgy brown colour (on purpose you understand, not because it was unclean!). I only stayed in the hotel for a few hours as I had an early meeting, but my sleep...
