Absolutely loved it! Staying in the safari tent is the perfect combination of camping and luxury - sleeping in a tent and showering under the stars, but also having a clean toilet, hot water, and a decent mattress. All the staff were friendly and made our time at Leopard's Rest

We went for a safari in the nearby national park and stayed here for one night. The place is very welcoming and the staff is very nice. We had such a nice time by the fireplace after an amazing dinner. I definitely recommend it

Hi Daniel, many thanks for leaving us a review, and especially for raising some points we can work on - always appreciate honest feedback. We are 2 years old and have expanded faster than we could possibly have hoped for, which is amazing, but it also means we have some work to do updating facilities to cater to increasing numbers. We are building a new restaurant in Feb which will be much larger with 2 floors and means people will be free to relax and have more space (of which we don't have now when we're fully booked.) I'm sorry you had to wait so long for hot water. That shouldn't have happened. As for electricity, we run exclusively on solar, and again if we have lots of people staying wishing to charge devices it put pressure on our fragile system (especially if sunshine isn't so much - again with new restaurant, we will be adding more batteries to cater better for peoples charging needs. Best wishes, katya

Stayed in a tent with en-suite. The en-suites are really attractive. The actual tent in comparison to others we stayed in is quite small, there were a few holes in the canvas and also there was no mosquito net. The double bed was ‘cosy’ (read as small) for two people and so twin

Hello, Thank you for leaving us a review. Feedback is always much appreciated. We are aware that some of the safari tents are a bit old and have some fabric tears. We are currently working with a tailor who is building us custom tents which will be bigger and with that we will be adding mosquito nets! All exciting improvements. We hope to have the first one installed as a trial in the next week :). Thanks again for visiting us and appreciating the place. Best wishes, katya
