We were beyond impressed with these apartments, from every aspect. The location is perfect, each studio has its own little balcony with sunbeds overlooking the wonderful Kalo Livadi beach. It's a 3 min walk to the white sands and crystal clear waters. The studio itself was perfect. Beautiful decor, clean and modern. It had all the utensils you'd need and daily cleaning by a very friendly and thorough lady. On arrival we were greeted by Antonis who was beyond helpful throughout our stay. My partner and I were working during our time here and Antonis ensured we were set up well, and helped us with WiFi etc. He answered all of our questions, gave us tips on the island, helped us with our washing etc. He made our stay 10/10. We enjoyed our trip so much we extended for an extra 4 nights. A truely excellent experience that we can't recommend enough!

Seaside Studios are located just above one of the best sandy beaches in Myconos, Kalo livadi. There is an amazing view from the terrace towards the beach. The Studios are furnitured very practicaly and convenient. There is a cleaning service every day. The location is on a walking distance to the closest village Ano Mera (~2km). The host Antonis is very friendly and always ready to assist you. Near by is Kalafati beach with a nice tavern Thalassa. Waters are crystal clear... We took a car from a local company (My car, Kostas) and made a tour around the island. According to me these 2 beaches (Kalo livadi & Kalafati) are the best for relax...

All houses have a magic view where you can feel to be in a Yacht.
We love this place and we recommend it for any person that is looking for full relax.
The owner has been extremely attentive for any single details.
We have been in many places in Mykonos but definitely this is the one that we prefer. We really hope to come back very soon !

A special place with superb sea views and Antonis is a super host always attentive to the needs of tourists. A place where you can relax and where you want to come back. I felt great and nothing was missing, everything was perfect!!

The place is stunningly beautiful. All the studios have an amazing view over Kavo Livadi beach which is one of the best beaches. The studios are very tastefully decorated and Antoni the host is very kind and always there to make the best out of your stay. There is a lot of attention to the details in the decoration of the studios. Very nice clientele as well. The terasses are amazing with very comfortable sun beds, and some have a private Jacuzzi, which is definitely worth it. Also the beds in the studios are very comfortable, and kitchen is well equipped. There is a small village 3 minutes away as well with lovely restaurants and supermarket. Definitely recommend Sea Side Studios, would love to come back! Big thanks to Antoni for being such a great host.

The apartments are small but lovely. The nice terrace and yacuzzi is the perfect way to spend the day, the beach is close by and very nice. Highly recommended with a great value for money. The host is very friendly and the room is cleaned every day! What more could you ask for :-) You will need a rental car an moscito repellant though.

I had the most relaxing stay here. Place is clean and spacious. Walking distance (2 minutes max) to the beautiful Kalo Livadi beach. Perfect location to relax. But what makes this place so awesome is the hospitality of Antonis, who goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel welcome. Can't thank him enough for his help and recommendations during my stay. Definitely going back if I have the chance.

My siblings stayed here. Whilst i stayed at piettra e mare just up the road. This hotel let us visit numerous times at anytime. Welcomed us and gave us an upgrade free of charge. The owner antonis even offered free rides, befofe we got a vehicle. Defo recommend this place as he is a top bloke and goes out of his way to help. The hotel has a warm atmosphere and it is child friendly. Much better stay than the 5 star hotel we stayed at. Internet was also fast, which is a bonus. Very good stay.

Stayed here in May with all the expectations of a wonderful warm Greek holiday, no car rentals , just us and the Greek sun!! Well we timed it wrong , just cold and windy. Not anyones fault..antonis organised a car for us and one day he apologised for the weather and said its fine, wine helps us through it 😉 next morning there was a bottle of vino at our door saying keep smiling 😃. We've spent an excellent time here. The services are very good, rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the facilities available. The view from the terrace is absolutely astonishing. Antonis, the host, is very kind and helpful. He knows all the best places on the island and informs you about them.

800 m away there is one bus stop, ( Kalafatis line to Mykonos town ) or 500 m away another bus stop from Kalo livadi beach to Mykonos town (Depending the period of your visit.)

There are 3 restaurants on Kalo Livadi beach
One is Italian and the other two are Greek with bars there too.
One of them plays loud music most of the day too .
It's about 20 mins to Mykonos town from here so it's kind of impossible without a car or quad bike !
