Excellent staff with brilliant location. Staff went out of their way to help and were so friendly. Room was very spacious with big room for family and a balcony with amazing view. Everything was sorted out by the staff from trips, hire car, kids food desires etc. Food was also lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and brilliant value for money

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed at at the Palm Beach hotel on the beautiful island of Praslin and I have to say this has become my most favourite place in the world. It is beautiful and peaceful with the most stunning views over the sea, you can walk to to the beach which is just yards from the hotel . There is a lovely pool. There are canoes you can take out for free. The staff here are amazing . Nothing it too much trouble . My partner had a back injury wjen we arrived and the hotel manager Natasha helped us get medical attention , moved us to a ground floor room and did everything in her power to help us. In fact all the staff and genuinely caring and do all they can for you. You feel nothing is too much trouble. There are many birds who live in the trees around the hotel and they are very tame and beautiful. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The room was very comfortable with air con and fan. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough and if you ever get the chance to visit the island of Praslin do try and visit The Palm Beach hotel.

We started our island hopping with this hotel and were completely happy! The location by the sea was wonderful, the rooms were great and the food was great! The atmosphere is very informal and everyone is very attentive and friendly! We also found the shuttle bus to the Côte d'Or great which we gladly used! Our start to the holiday could not have been better, a heartfelt thank you to the entire crew at Palm Beach

+ Small hotel with a swimming pool, restaurant, right on the beach and 10 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. + Free parking for guests only. + Accomodation with breakfast. + Shared lounge and breakfast area. + Nice staff in the restaurant. + You can pay cash or credit card. + Wifi is available for free in the restaurant, garden and room. + The room is clean daily. + Room number 18 was spacious and clean with a terrace overlooking the sea. There is a TV, fan, air conditioning and a small refrigerator. The bathroom was large and clean. + The hotel has a nice and clean swimming pool. + Free beach towel at the reception. -The beach in front of the hotel is not good and you can't swim there because of the seaweed. It’s the problem of a whole southwest coast and the hotel is not to blame. -The worst part of this hotel was the restaurant Kato Noir. Nice and clean place, very nice staff, but the food was the worst we ate in Seychelles. -"Vegetable fried rice" on the menu was boiled rice with a frozen vegetable and raw carrots. Price 210 SCR (14 Eur). -"Chicken and chips" on the menu was fried and burnt two pieces of meat with oily fries. Price 250 SCR (17 Eur). - Breakfast is simple and the same every day – a fruit plate, juice, toast, butter, tea or coffee (probably instant coffee or American coffee), a choice of scrambled eggs, fried eggs or an omelette. Pancakes with a jam are a bonus compared to other hotels in the Seychelles. Scrambled eggs were a really bad and tasted like it was not even made from eggs, or it was a semi-finished product. - No drinking water (in a bottle) in the room. You have to buy water in the restaurant or in the supermarket. - No shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. Review: Small beachfront hotel in a tropical garden near restaurants and shops. Nice colonial style, spacious and clean room and bathroom. It ‘s a pity, that the price does not include drinking water, shampoo and shower gel, which are also standard in apartment or villas (also in Seychelles). We visited the hotel before Christmas, but there was no Christmas decoration (except of two outdated Christmas trees) to create a pleasant atmosphere. The absolute worst was, unfortunately, the food in the restaurant, which spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. We compared the same food (chicken and chips) in the hotel and in the Breeze Garden restaurant, which is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The price, quality of food and taste were incomparable (see our review of Breeze Garden restaurant).

A lovely experience from booking-in to departure. Natasha and Javed run the hotel beautifully, so helpful and accommodating in every way. We were tired after about 28 hours of traveling from Europe but the initial impression of the colonial-style hotel, its position right on the beach, the view and colours out to sea, the welcome and the view from the dining terrace more than made up for all the traveling. As an older couple, we appreciate peace and quietness and that's what you get here. (No thumping music and animations - thank goodness). The beach is super and at low tide, you can walk a long way off shore mostly over fine sand. The hotel grounds ae raised slightly above the beach and there was no problem with finding beach beds as there were not many people about during the day and the whole beach was virtually deserted. As the sea is often very shallow the outdoor pool was very welcome for a cooling dip. A large breakfast was served including fresh fruit, eggs and pancakes and the restaurant provides a reasonable range of good food as a set menu or a la carte if you prefer. All in all, this was probably the most pleasant stay we have had anywhere and as soon as we got there we didn't want to leave.

The hotel was quite nice and cosy, it was perfect as a base of operations to explore entire island. The staff was awesome (especialy David and the young lady ať the reception). They both were very friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful.

I have traveled to over ninety countries in the world and this is probably my very favourite hotel. An idyllic location on an unspoilt white sand beach. Tasteful decor and very comfortable rooms, ours on the ground floor overlooking the pool. It is privately owned with a focus on nature and protecting the environment. The food is home produced and unpretentious and the service personal and just wonderful. If you enjoy peace and quiet, with just the sound of birds singing and waves breaking on the shore, then I would highly recommend staying here - a little piece of paradise.

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel! This was a last-minute change as we booked a different place, but I discovered this hotel and booked it directly. The staff was very welcoming and super helpful. The room was spacious and bright with a fantastic view from our balcony. I'd highly recommend booking a deluxe room as the sunset is to die for!

We loved everything- the sunsets from the balcony of our large family room, the warm staff, the breakfasts, the cosy feeling. Of all the places we stayed in the Seychelles this was our favourite. Amazing value for money.
