We absolutely loved staying in this hotel! This was a last-minute change as we booked a different place, but I discovered this hotel and booked it directly. The staff was very welcoming and super helpful. The room was spacious and bright with a fantastic view from our balcony. I'd highly recommend booking a deluxe room as the sunset is to die for!

We loved everything- the sunsets from the balcony of our large family room, the warm staff, the breakfasts, the cosy feeling. Of all the places we stayed in the Seychelles this was our favourite. Amazing value for money.

As we arrived we were kindly greeted from Natasha and got some fresh juice. We were positivly surpriced! Then it was much better than in the picture. We had a room in the upper floor. It was with a ocean view. We enjoyed very much the stay for 3 days. The Staffe are super friendly and not fakeing to be kind. We met a staff called Jabet, he helped us to book ferry at the last Minute, because we forget to book before 24h praslin to Mahe. He saved us! All in all it was price worthy. We would love to come again. It‘s not a luxury hotel, but if you want to experience homely, real Seychelle, nature and peace then you are at the right place. We liked the food here and the breakfast was decilious as well. You got a fruit platter, toast, pancakes, tea, coffee, omlettes. Sometimes they are some birds who wants to eat with us but we are in the nature.

I tried to get in touch with this hotel, but got no response on e-mails or messages via their website. It seems very unprofessional to not be available for written communication. I had booked my accommodation but will now cancel this.

Dear Mr/s JLD_park, It is a shame that you have had to turn to tripadvisor to share such an opinion about the hotel and its service, without having stayed here, and solely based on 'bad communication'. Whilst, we do take care and replying to any queries guests have prior to their arrival, it would have been greatly appreciated if perhaps you could have made a call to clarify as to why we had not responded to your emails or just to confirm that we did receive them, as unfortunately a lot of emails are blocked and considered 'spam'. It seems very unfair to write such a review, and quite unfortunate that we do not have the opportunity to welcome you in our hotel. On the other hand, the guests who have booked and stayed here have left us amazing reviews, on both booking.com and tripadvisor which I am sure all potential guests reading this will see for themselves. I wish you a pleasant holiday on Praslin. Kind Regards Natasha

Wherever one looks at this hotel, from outside or inside, in the dining area or in the room, by the pool or the beach, it is a pleasure to the eyes, especially if one loves colonial architecture and decor. The boutique-style hotel of about 14 rooms stands by itself at the southern end of Grand'Anse, a small settlement, whose center with an Anglican church is an about 10 minutes walk away. The place is managed by ever present and friendly Natasha Hoarau, descendant of an old Seychellois family of French settlers. Her father Joel can be seen around sometimes, but he is less involved now with guests. Whenever some help was needed, Natasha was there, apparently having the numbers on her mobile of every taxi driver or travel agent on the island. Very happy I was also with my room. It was spacious, beautifully decorated with local handicraft like basketry. There was a large wardrobe by the entrance, a fridge with complimentary water, coffee making facilities, a writing desk and a balcony with table and chairs, offering a fantastic view over the beach and out to the sea, especially at sunset. Everything functioned well also in the bathroom with two washbasins and shower gel and shampoo dispenser by the shower. All the meals are best taken at the hotel. For dinner there is always a daily changing 4-course set menu with a choice of either fish or meat as a main. There is wine by the bottle or by the glass from Chile (Viña Maipo) and South Africa. Service is by well trained young Bangladeshi men. For relaxation there are sunbeds well spread out and apart from each other under palm and takamaka trees. I also enjoyed my swims in the regularly cleaned pool, which with 1.5m was deep enough. This cannot be said of the sea just by the beach, which stays shallow for quite a long time and thus is warm as in a thermal bath. On top there is also quite a bit of seaweed. When on Praslin one will anyway go and explore the island by bus with a stop near the hotel or with a rented car, which can be arranged through Natasha, and thus go and have a swim at two of the planet's most beautiful beaches, Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio, which are in not built up areas. An activity though which is possible at the Palm Beach is to use for free one of the kayaks available. Beach towels are provided as well, also for excursions outside the hotel. The Palm Beach is ideal for quiet holidays away from the tourist crowds of Beau Vallon, Côte d'Or or most of La Digue. Besides only a few other guests one has the company of birds like myna, sparrow, the small zebra dove or the pretty red fody, who are usually seen most close, when having breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at the Palm Beach hotel in the middle of our trip to the Seychelles. The property was absolutely lovely and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We booked a rental car direct with the property which worked out amazingly well. The rooms all have incredible views of the water, it was the highlight of our trip waking up and seeing the ocean in front of us.

Fantastic. Perfect location facing west (ie sundowns). A personal "home away from home" experience thanks to a truely wonderful staff and management. Great food which could be tailor-made according to ones preferences. Creativity that extended to the bed- and table laying. Breakfasts shared with friendly and chatty birds, at times the odd crab and invariably the faithful and truely chilled Coco (the dog). My heartfelt thanks for making our stay so unforgettable and uniquely special.

My Family and I first team and first week in the Seychelles was made all the more special by having Palm Beach in Praslin. Beautiful location, amazing accommodation, great food, and an all around amazing service. Natasha and her team worked round the clock for us, met every need and requirement with no fuss at all, always a smile on faces. My Children loved their time at PB with the staff more than happy to hang out with them too. Special mention to Jabber, top bloke. Look forward to staying again. Bob

We stayed here for 3 nights. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. Nothing was a problem for him. The location of hotel is amazing, the wiew from the room also. Food was good. My wife had some health problems and ewerybody was really helpful and they let us stay in the room on last day until we left and not throwing us out at the time we should normally had to leave the room (I know that most of hotels wouldn't do that regardless of illness). Once again really thank you for your kindness. If you want peace and great location this is the hotel for you.
