The room was nice and the hotel itself has a lovely outlook onto the beach but it's the bad service and angry atmosphere that lets this hotel down. If you can look past the owners fighting and yelling at their staff then this is the place for you. Being woken up at 6am to fighting is not very nice. The... More

Our rooms, the restaurant, the location, the beach and surfing, sitting on the balcony, the sunset etc. were fantastic and especially the hospitality of the manager and the staff. It is a small and very cosy place - not with too many people and where you really can relax. We had one room with a view over the sea -... More

I came here for a few days of R&R on the beach after 3 weeks in Peru. Booked 3 nights beginning Friday even though I wouldn't arrive until early Saturday morning on the Oltursa bus. Took a taxi to the hotel about 6 am and was met by the security guard who found my name on the list, gave me... More

This hotel is right on the beach, you could not ask for a better location. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean for guests. The property is safe and secure, and each night there is a security guard walking the grounds. Plenty of hammocks for rest and relaxation, as well as beach chairs on the beach or on the patio... I would love to give this place 5 stars, its beautiful, in the perfect location, right on the beach, lovely grounds. My room had a huge balcony and it had hammocks and everything you'd expect. But my room was SO HOT I couldnt sleep. Outside was absolutley swarming with mosquitos so we couldn't open the doors but it was unbareable.... More

Once again, there's still no doubt in my mind that the best Hotel on Mancora's Point is definitelly LAS OLAS!!! Co-proprietors Magali & Gustavo are by all means the finest hotelliers in the area and know exactly how to ensure all of their guests needs are complied with. The feel of the hotel is a one of a kind, with... More

We stayed here as two families of four. We had three rooms, and got room 7 with a twin bed and a set of bunks for three of the older kids. Room 7 had a large, shady balcony, as well. From the moment we arrived the service was great. Staff and management were friendly and accommodating, getting hot water for... More

We arrived when a Red Bull surf championship was starting. The first 2 nights we were in a ground floor room which was fine but dark but when the comp finished the owner came to ask us if we wanted to choose a different room and gave us all keys to empty rooms so we chose a lovely bright room... I stayed at this amazing place in little Máncora, by the Pacific Ocean, for 9 days and highly want to recommend it! It´s very friendly, has good service and nice food. And most of all, its right on the beach, just a few meters from LAS OLAS - THE WAVES - and the nicest of beaches! This is also a... More

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here. The couple who owns it is Peruvian and extremely nice. Our room was on the 3rd floor (top) and facing the ocean #20. Beautiful terrace and very private. We loved to fall asleep to the ocean and wake up to that view. The only complaint is that we were there during Xmas/New... More
