This hacienda (and this one is a big issue, at least for me) requires to have the entire hotel booked for your wedding, so, you still need a place for the rest of your party and I recommend Hosteria Las Quintas in Cuernavaca (hosterialasquintas)
You can book a bus or several buses to take your guests in comfortable a/c transportation since Cuernavaca is 30 to 40 minutes from Xochitepec, where the Hacienda San Gabriel Las Palmas is.
Here you have a couple of links to get you started: tourister and pullmantravel for a/c transportation.
Xochitepec has a great ceremonial site you can go to along with your guests and there are several things you can do around here, just make sure to book a/c transportation with bilingual staff and you will be happy. :D
