We were so pleased when we found Waikiki Guest House right in a central location. Very close walk to Smurf Café, Jakes and several restaurants. The biggest plus is it is right on the beach! We rented a small room, but it did have a fan and a constant nice sea breeze. We went to bed with the sound of... More

This was the only spot available during Calabash festival, and we were pleasantly surprised. Simple and basic, but all the important things--screens, cross breeze, fan, good mattress, patio, sea view, Internet. Only pillows were lumpy. As an aside, it was convenient to Jake's where festival took place. As in all of Treasure Beach, friendly people. For so little money, this... More

For the price, this was a decent place to stay. Right on Frenchmans beach, however there is barely any shade on the beach during the day. We wound up walking down to Calabash beach each day instead, much more relaxing without the bars and hustlers. The room was a bit small and there was no coffee maker but you can... More

No doubt the best part about this place is the location. It is right on the ocean and you can literally roll out of bed and onto the beach. If you want a relaxing and chill vibe then stay here. You don't even need to leave Frenchman's Beach if you don't want to. There are enough restaurants and bars to... More

Very lowkey hotel right by The beach. Super friendly staff and good food. The rooms are without ac and the beds not so comfortable, but the cheap price and location compensates for this, worth a stay! Perfect if you just wanna chill out

This was my second stay at Waikiki and I'm happy I returned! I stayed with my best friend, we had the bottom room in the tower. There isn't a separate room for a bathroom but it's still private, we didn't mind the setup at all (slight divider keeps it separate). And it had a direct breeze coming off the water... More

We didn't stay here, but we had our delicious morning coffee, and also lunch, at the restaurant. The view from the porch and gazebo is one of the best in all of Treasure Beach. I loved starting every day watching the fishing boats moored in front of Waikiki. Segree, the owner, is an amazing person, and on a previous visit... More

If you're looking to see Jamaica on a budget, this is a great spot. Cheap rooms, our room had a bathroom and shower, I've been told other rooms had a sharing bathroom, we never saw it. Everything worked in our room (we had a propane burner, sink and a few dishes, two beds plus a bathroom. It is a tight... More

We stayed at Waikiki Guest House for almost a week. When you arrive you virtually feel that you start relaxing completely - whether you just sit in front of your room in the garden, are having a nice cold beer (very moderately priced!) or a cocktail at sunset. We stayed in a small cabin (USD 30.-) which was spotlessly clean... More

We didn't sleep in Waikiki, although we saw the rooms at the beach. So we can only review the restaurant. And it was great. Nice service, nice owner, nice waitress. Sea view. And not expensive at all! A coffee costs ony 100 Jamaican Dollars.
