2023 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best
Lashings Boutique Hotel and Villas is in Treasure Beach on the south coast of Jamaica. It has and two outdoor swimming pools, a beach club, two bars, an art cafe, a party zone and a garden. We have a Treetop Bar and Grill, plus a pizzeria on site. Guests at Lashings Boutique Hotel can also stay at or use the beach club, which is right on the Caribbean Sea and has it own restaurant and bar. Trips and activities can be arranged in the area, including to the world famous Pelican bar in the sea, Black River Safari and YS Falls. There is live music in the bar every weekend and day passes can be arranged to use the pool if you are not staying overnight. Lashings is also available for wedding and party hire.

A beautiful slice of paradise, hidden in Treasure Beach. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and helpful and my room was lovely. I have no complaints whatsoever. Clean and tidy and an unmistakable vibe of relaxation and calm. With 2 pools foe you to choose from as well, I will definitely be back. The views are amazing, stretching over rolling hills to the sea, I can't recommend d more highly.

I stayed 3 nights at Lashings beach club on this particular visit and I just wanted to say what a relaxing pleasant time I had. The accomodation, food, staff, amenities and overall ambience were first class. This was my second trip to the Lashings Beach club and I've also stayed twice at Lashings Boutique hotel on two occasions and I must say both experiences were very enjoyable indeed. The management go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. If you want to escape the idyllic, relax by the pool lifestyle for a few hours, then the front desk can help you organise a day trip to Pelican bar, The Black river crocodile safari adventure, Lovers leap or YS falls etc. There's lots to see and do in St Elizabeth, one of the friendliest parishes on the island. The rooms are clean, very reasonably priced and come with A/C or ceiling fans, flat screen TV, a mini fridge and high speed Internet. Both the hotel and beach guest house are well maintained with coyrful murals and lush tropical plants in abundance. The food and blended tropical fruit drinks are fresh and affordable and I can personally recommend the pizzas, linguini pasta, Jerk chicken and battered fish and chips. It's the perfect spot for a weekend break or even longer if you have the time to really unwind. Don't miss the 2 for 1 drinks special, happy hour is between 6pm and 7.30pm every day. We stayed at Lashings for 11 nights over the Easter holidays, and we couldn't recommend it highly enough! We have a young family - 2 daughters, aged 9 and 7 - and they had such an amazing, memorable holiday. The pools were perfect for us - clean, warm and plenty of space to relax - the girls would have spent the entire trip in them if possible. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had adjoining rooms in the main hotel, which were cleaned to a high standard daily. We also thoroughly enjoyed all the day trips on offer - particularly YS falls and the pelican bar. We are quite an adventurous family, and I think Jamaica / Lashings is fantastic for like-minded people. We have so many great memories and would love to return next year!…

We were a family of 7 and stayed at Lashings Beach Club, renting 4 rooms. Really enjoyed being on the Beach and our Grandson liked the pool. Having the restaurant on site was also very convenient. The Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for a great 5 night visit !

We had Boutique room 1 on a row of just 4 rooms and because we were there as a group of 6 friends it felt like our own private villa and pool, with a lovely bar and restaurant just steps away. Lashings is rustic, although our room had everything we expected and was very spacious. The area is very rural but the beach is just a 10 minute drive away. The owner and the staff were friendly, approachable and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great time. Food and drink was very reasonable and tasty. Avia was a lovely member of staff who served us both at dinner and at breakfast, ensuring that she was working on the morning of my birthday so that she could decorate the table and area. We stayed for 7 nights and had a lovely time.

Lashings is an unusual hotel, quite informal in many ways, but with friendly staff, reasonably priced food and drink, management who seem eager to help, and it sits above quite stunning views of the sea. There are 2 swimming pools, which are tended to daily, ample sun beds or seats around the pools, and you are surrounded by trees and bushes, attracting gorgeous butterflies and hummingbirds. The beach club is also very nice (there are now rooms there too) although the swimming is quite shallow. The hotel has drivers and vehicles, and they are happy to take guests to their own beach club or other nearby beaches if you prefer. We liked Jakes beach, but it’s one of a few that all have their own vibe. We had a great time, rooms are comfortable if not hugely luxurious, but although this place is ‘rustic’ it is by no means basic. If you like a good, laidback atmosphere, this is the place to come.…

It was an awesome stay. I came here with my fiancée. Coming here we got to unwind and relax. Forgetting about all else and just chill. As we came by the Sandy Bank location to be checked in we got the chance to dine and see over Treasure Beach Bays lit by the moon and stars having such delicious dinner (the food throughout the stay was delicious). Can't forget to speak of the local art and crafts on display at the gallery. We were booked for stay at the Old Wharf location on the beachside. We had options to choose from to be guided, to be shuttled or go it alone and we chose to go it alone. It was a nice cool short drive to the new location and we had wonderful views on the way looking over on Great Bay Pond. It was also easy to find as there were signs up to show the way. Staying here we enjoyed the view out to sea especially seeing the boats of all sizes going by from the balcony, the room service, the pool, the live music of jazz...we had the amenities of what a hotel should have. It was amazing. Definitely a perfect place for stays and to keep events such as for weddings.…
