I booked a villa yesterday but then felt had some second thoughts. I had originally found the villa on vacation rentals on Trip Advisor. Pheonia D stated (via e-mail) that it was not available for my dates and the rate was wrong on Trip Advisor....More

I am not 100% sure on the cottage at Seaweed as we stayed at the Villa, but I believe meals can be prepared every day if you like. The walk to Jakes is a little dicey as it isn't the neighborhoods that are an issue, it is the traffic on the roads. They are pretty crazy drivers over there. We did walk there one day via the beach and it was very nice. It is about 1 mile.
The beach is very nice and you can snorkel along the reef.
