This B&B was almost perfect. It is located near the national park shoreline in north PEI as well as near the Ann of Green Gables area. Mike (the host) handles everything related to the B&B. The B&B is his "thing". His lovely wife whom we met has other obligations and interests. His training and vocation is in hotel management and... More

We stayed at Covehead B&B for two nights in late July, a great time of year in PEI. Mike and Angela greeted us warmly the minute we arrived, making our family of 5 feel welcome from the very start. They were gracious hosts, maintaining the perfect balance between being very helpful (which they were) without being overly solicitous (which they... More

We stayed in the Blue Jay Nest which is a one bedroom cottage with a pull out sofa in the living room. It has a full bathroom and kitchen. Very clean and quiet and a great mattress on our bed. We had breakfast the next day in the main part of the house in a sunroom overlooking the water. I... More

We selected this B&B for location - within short biking distance to the Prince Edward National Park beaches - and were not disappointed. With Michael away, Angela transformed herself from night person into morning person to make us great breakfasts every day. She could not have been a more gracious or informative host. We really made ourselves at home, using... More

My wife Roxanne and I stayed in the Eagles Nest Room Aug 2012. Micheal and Angela go beyond the call of duty to make your stay memorable. I saw a lobster pot and after some conversation Micheal offered to cook some up for us and recommended a good local beer to go with it. So off we went to Rustico... More

We had two nights at Covehead this July. All of the hotels and B&Bs we visited in Canada were good, but this was the best of the lot. The room was modern, spotless and very comfortable, hosts were friendly and helpful, and Michael's breakfasts were to die for. Hope to be back before too long!

Covehead Bay B & B provides comfort, cleanliness, great location, extraordinary food, and conversation about PEI, Canada and everything else. You just can't do this in a hotel. The Innkeepers are generous and warmly friendly. Ask, and you shall receive. If you want your money's worth and more, this is the place to stay!

My brother and I had the wonderful experience of visiting PEI after many years. We decided to stay at Covehead sight unseen. I did not have my GPS set for Canada, so we were on our own negotiating the Island "the old fashioned way" I in my 60's and my brother in his 80's we had no trouble at all... More

We had an excellant stay! We had no problem finding the B & B, our room was airy, bright, clean and very comfortable. The host and hostess were so helpful and the food - there are not enough adjectives to describe our breakfast - lobster eggs benedict amoung many other things - what more can a guest ask for? We...
