Rooms are renovated yet still keep that character. Very clean, could not find left over traces of past guests. I had a very large room with a separate sitting area complete with a small kitchen (Fridge, sink, micro wave, toaster, hot plates) and huge bathroom with a vanity area. Lots of windows making for a bright room even in winter.... More

Any hotel that accepts your booking without telling you that their restaurant is closed and cannot even be bothered to make any breakfast arrangements earns a poor review even if other aspects are satisfactory. Reynolds did this to us and forced us next door for dinner to an inadequate Chinese restuarant (Totem - see separate review). OK, the room was... More

Hello I am sorry to hear that you were not informed that the restaurant would be closed during your stay. Regrettably, because of a shortage in staffing levels the restaurant had to temporarily closed two days a week but I am happy to say this situation has been rectified. The staff does their best to inform guests if the restaurant... More

I've stayed at the "Other" hotel/motels in Lillooet, but how can you NOT stay at the Reynolds. Front staff "Chuck" is just an amazing person. Chuck always greats every guest, and then, makes check in so easy. I stayed in room 12 this time. Coffee supplies, bigger bathroom than I have at home, and a great bed. Ate diner at... More

Minor Hockey takes us to Lillooet every Winter. The minute we find our league game dates, I phone the Reynolds! Clean rooms, excellent staff, great food and a nice pub that you cannot hear from the rooms! The place has character as do the rooms, each one a little different. I have never felt let down even though I have... More

Smaller "gold rush era" property with each room having different décor. Looks plain from the outside but the rooms are really nice. My room (#5) was quite large with a beautiful bathroom, turn-of-the-century bathtub and replete with all amenities. "Chuck" upon check-in was absolutely awesome. Friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Bernd... More

This was an excellent choice thanks to Trip Advisor - a stop on our way to the Okanagan valley. Receptionist extremely helpful and room spotless and well equipped. Hotel also has a small shop which was useful on our travels Shame about the train noise but used to this as son in Vancouver lives by the Rocky Mountaineer track!

Front desk staff could be a bit more courteous and less "harsh" - very matter-of-fact tone, but perhaps that's just how the locals are with tourists. Room was again quiet, very clean, big fridge, coffee machine, microwave, flatscreen tv, and if you get the room at the far north end of the upstairs hallway in the summer you have a... More

We stayed one night in our way to Williams Lake via the back roads. Rooms was very clean and worked well for us. We had room 25 which had two singles and a double bed. The front desk was busy at check in because of the liquor outlet but staff member was friendly and attentive.

The hotel has been refurbished and it was certainly a surprise and pleasure to have stayed. The bedroom and bathroom were large. Both were very clean and modern. Because the town is small there is no problem with traffic noise. There is a convenience shop and restaurant within the hotel complex which also made things easier.

We stayed at the Reynolds Hotel for a night when passing through Lillooet. Our room was small, but had been recently renovated and was spotless. The bed was quite small but comfortable and we appreciated having two windows that open as well as a relatively quiet and effective air conditioner. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a good place... More
