My friend and I stayed with my grandson, We had a lovely big room which was spotless. Very comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious . David very kindly told us where to go for something to eat on Saturday night and gave us directions to Thornhill where we were going to watch my daughter complete her first Tough Mudder. I... More

We chose this B&B not only because we'd stayed here 12yrs before when it was run by another but because of its location, due to visiting family both in Annan and Carlisle. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the owners Tara and David and shown to our room - which was light, airy and very spacious, with everything we... More

Very comfortable place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. In a good location close to shops and restaurants. The owner is friendly and approachable. There is a great choice at breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. Wifi throughout allows you to work while you stay.

Very comfortable, clean and warm B & B. Friendly, welcoming host. Excellent value. Breakfast was very good with traditional menu plus imaginative options. Convenient stopping point not far from M74. Also good launching point for visiting Dumfries and Galloway.

Stayed here enroute to Stranraer area. Warm welcome from the owner who let us book in earlier than 5pm check in time. Warm room and house. Family room perfect for 4. Good advice regarding where to eat. Breakfast was really good.

Stayed on 31st January just for one night. Warm, cosy spacious room with large en suite. Parking at rear of the B&B if you need it. Large breakfast menu - I had the full Scottish which was delicious & set me up for the day. Hosts are very friendly.

Comfortable room and beds, well located, nice breakfast. Near all amenities and shops in town centre of Annan. Nice lavender in the front alley. The room was decorated to good taste with comfy beds. There was not much of a view however. The B&B is on a busy street and it got quite noisy at night at one point with... More
