We were given a spacious, clean and well appointed suite with a comfortable bed. Good choice on the breakfast menu which was nicely presented by always friendly and helpful staff. Pretty garden in a quiet location in its own grounds whilst remaining close to main road. Nice stay, would book this hotel again !

After two very disappointing visits to The Bennachie Lodge following the change of management at the start of the year we will certainly never be going back. They seem to think they are running some sort of high-end establishment when in fact they are not. Our first two visits last year were lovely and ran without fault. The first visit... More

Had a BBQ lunch at the Bennachee Lodge. Staff really friendly and made us welcome with our dogs. We had a BBQ chicken bun. Brioche buns really fresh and tasty. Two pieces of real chicken. Boned thighs in Cajun spice. Very good quality and great value at £4 each. Only slight down side was that the Cocacola seemed to be... More

Nice restaurant good food and staff very friendly. Food was served very hot and on hot plates which makes all the difference. Was informed that everything was cooked from fresh that's why we had a little wait, which we didn't mind.

Booked 2 rooms for a Saturday night away with my elderly parents, and did so after reading some good reviews on Tripadvisor. Big mistake!! On our initial arrival, we were very warmly welcomed by a lovely lady at the reception, whom I informed we were going to meet family elsewhere and would be back to check in later. She informed us... Nothing to complain about here. All good, except that the décor is looking a wee bit tired. Food well cooked and served with a smile. Good, but not in your face, service. Just as I like it. Room warm and cosy. Comfortable bed with extra pillows if desired. Not too dear.

Stayed here for two nights and was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was clean , food was good and wi fi was great, staff were friendly and the breakfast was as good as you would get anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble and this hotel is great value for money considering Aberdeen prices so I can safely say I will be... More

Went for family meal and was fantastic, all food cooked to order using fresh ingredients including the kids fish fingers. Had an overall pleasant atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. Garden great for the kids and will be good to return in the summer

everyone so helpful just cant pick one good detail as all was perfect, my husband just wanted a soup but had other food as well, as it is made freshly after you arrive you can just sit and relax with a drink as nothing is too much for the staff
