During September of last year my wife needed to convalesce after an operation so she decided to stay in Lancashire for a couple of weeks to enjoy the fresh air, scenery & peace. This is truly away from it all! To help manage expectations- this is an old farmhouse, with creaky floors, with no TV in the rooms ( although they have ensuite toilet and shower), at the end of a vehicular dead end on the edge of unspoiled moorland.
