Marion and Jim give a warm welcome to their really lovely period property. Rooms tastefully decorated, well maintained and with all the usual amenities. A comfortable stay was followed by a really nice hearty breakfast. I cannot find fault with the accommodation. It is perfectly placed to visit Skipton, Howarth and the Dales. We are busy looking for an excuse for...

We had both rooms for the Bank Holiday weekend and had a great stay. Great hosts, lovely breakfast, characterful clean rooms. Will stay again next time we are back in that neck of the woods visiting relatives.

We stayed for one night - the room was lovely , the breakfast delicious, all clean and everything just as we needed it. My partner had forgotten his cufflinks and he was even lent a pair for the evening! Would be happy to reccomend and would definately stay again if we were back in the area!!

We stayed at this lovely B&B last night, it is a lovely 1610 building with lots of character and charm. We had a lovely welcome and our room was excellent. Really immaculately clean, and the windows had exposed stonewear round them, bit gothic style. We were visiting family in Colne and this was very close to where we needed to...

My wife and I spent one night at Rye Flat Farm whilst attending an evening wedding reception at the nearby Emmott Hall. Marion proved to be an admirable and helpful host. Whilst there are only two guest rooms, the accommodation was very comfortable and extremely well- appointed. Service and the breakfast was first class. Marion even offered to run us...

We stayed here for one night a couple of weeks ago towards the end of September as we were attending a function at the Golf club about a mile and a half away. The building itself iis only a small famhouse/cottage but it is kept in very nice condition and spotlessly clean. Our bedroom faced the back garden so it...

My family stayed at the Rye Flatt for 2 nights in the summer as we were attending a wedding very close by. The Rye Flatt is a very old building steeped in local history, and surrounded by gorgeous countryside. The rooms were really lovely and spotless, and Marion and her husband were great hosts, even taking us to pick up...

My partner and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful B&B in August 2013. We looked out onto a field of cows through the lovely old stone lintel windows in our bedroom, which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The cooked breakfast was great, and from the moment we arrived Marion made us feel at home. A very special haven to...

We arrived to a warm welcome and after being Shown to our room we were left to settle in. We attended a local wedding and were given a key for our return. We then accidentally left the key at the wedding venue in a car, so on return couldn't access our room. This was no problem, as we were promptly...
