We absolutely loved the interior designs of these cave rooms, they are all very unique. Having a jacuzzi in the room was a great bonus, we visited Cappadocia in December so it was lovely going into the hot water after being outside. Really large breakfast was provided every morning and Ahmet the manager was super helpful with any recommendations in the region. I can highly recommend staying here if you're visiting.

Artium cave hotel is one of my favorite hotels where I've stayed for 2 nights in my recent travel to Cappadocia, Turkey. It has gorgeous views of the valley. My hotel room has a regular bed , there is a small terrace infront of my hotel room with lounge chairs & you can see gorgeous views of the valley. The hotel is very clean .Food & the service was good. The service desk staff was very efficient , helpful,& friendly. They have free wifi & it works best when you are at the service desk area. I had a wonderful time in this hotel & recommends it to everyone.

When we searched for hotel Reservation the price for 2 nights is $3,500 on the base site and you told us $2200 and I was not supposed to give a price like this, but this is how I make your reservation and take the payment over the line and when it comes to the hotel it's a one-night business and a scamming business that wants a price that's all the more. While we have WhatsApp messages, they’re highlighting theirs. When it comes to the room, I gave it a 1 Rating due to a Rating lower than 1. A ripped towel, a bathtub with Sac-kiss, an unworking TV, an empty and dirty welcome blanket in the room, a ripped seat, an unlocked door, a roasted toilet, a ridiculous breakfast, etc. A hotel you should never choose. A place that threatens to sue against us when we say we’re complaining. Advice for those who want to be scammed.

The bathroom glass is not mounted securely, it falls and breaks, leaving cuts on me. They demanded 5,000 TL from us. Then, on the same day, they went to the gendarmerie and complained about us for damaging our property. Do not go to a company beyond disgrace

Upon arrival near the hotel, our bus couldn't access the road to the entrance because of construction, so we had to walk uphill for about 1/2 mile amidst rubble and a dusty roadway. There were an additional 3 flights of steps before reaching the courtyard of the hotel. Some rooms were located at this level, but ours was located another 5 flights up. This was not the main problem, though. There were many worse problems starting with our room being sparsely furnished, no chairs, only one small nightstand, neither phone nor TV hooked up or working, shower door that had 1/2 inch gap at the bottom so all the water leaked and the bathroom floor was soaked, and the worst was that there was no water at all starting around 10PM on night of arrival until 8PM the following day. Imagine NO water to flush toilets, wash hands, take shower, etc. We asked to move to another hotel, but were assured there would be water within a few hours. This didn't happen until we got back from our full day tour when we still had to walk to the entrance of the hotel since a bus couldn't access the road. Then to top it all off, we got back to a room not cleaned, unmade bed, towels strewn on the bathroom floor. Additionally, there is free wifi but only accessible outside on the patio.
Artium has no business even admitting guests when the hotel is in such a state. Despite previous positive reviews on TripAdvisor, I would recommend potential guests to fully vet this place before considering a stay. Otherwise, do NOT stay here!

Definitely need an elevator. rooms with sewage smell, flies are everywhere. Stayed for 2 nights but no service to make bed and change towels. Some of us with 3 people in one room but only has ONE key. Very inconvenient. Previous guest left used tea bag in the room but no clean up.

different design in each room that make the hotel unique. Breakfast and dinner food were well prepared and tasty. View to the valley is bonus. staff is friendly.

Very impressive from the outside, but with no elevators and hard to climb steps up to the check in area, not ideal. Bus couldn't drive up to unload passengers. Although I have to say that we lucked out in having our luggage delivered to our room door.
We were told we were the first customers, but definitely, not ready for occupancy. Some telephones not working. Room 102 is scary - has a dark entrance, room has no windows, very dark inside, lights are not that bright, bedspread and sham pillows are black, sofa was black - we could easily have bumped into furniture and be hurt. Very claustrophobic!!
Shower has no door, so water splashed outside of shower area.
In the middle of the night, there was no water, and by morning, NADA water - had to brush teeth and wash face with bottled water.
Climbed 73 steps up and 73 steps down from Room 102 for breakfast - yes, wonderful view from up there. Definitely needs an elevator for the faint of heart and for those who have walking/climbing difficulty.
Had to walk down to the bus and road has loose pebbles which, when a person slips can be hurt.
It is a hotel for young and fit person. Friendly personnel.

Hotel is situated on a street where coaches are not able to drive up to, to unload passengers. We have to hike up to it on dusty and uneven street. Hotel looks impressive but after entering our assigned rooms we realized it's not quite finished. Some rooms are more finished than others. Impressive decors. Disastrous first night for most of us - no water! We didn't get water until 8 pm on the second night! Imagine no shower after a hot day! Air condition unit in our room didn't work but staff managed to fix it.
For potential guests, please check to be sure the rooms are completely ready for occupancy. Also wifi only works outside the room. For those with slight to more severe mobile disabilities this hotel is not for you. There's no elevator and rooms are on different levels with lots of stone steps to maneuver. There are several rooms on the ground level but there are many steps to get to the hotel entrance.
