Nice place , family house with nice atmosphere food was prepared within 10 minutes so that means it was pre cocked then heated meat balls dish doesn't taste any good , other dishes are fine I would rate it as 6 out of 10 but the good thing that they have good appetisers and ambience

Old Greek house has a great kitchen, everyday different fresh vegetables, nice combinations, home made marmelade, really great! Rooms are good to, ambiance nice! Family hotel and the family helps you visit nice places in the environment.

We recently had three nights here at the start of our stay in Cappadocia. We were greeted as friends on our arrival at about 9pm on our first night. We had an upstairs room. We visited this place for lunch and since we were with a tour our lunch was a preset course. The food is delicious. After about half hour the entire place for buzzing with people. This place is very popular with large groups. The service was prompt and efficient. Do take the time to smell the sweet roses as you enter...

We were with a tour group and everyone enjoyed the lunch cooked by muma, meatballs, potato, meza plates, vegetables and the 200 building adds to the atmosphete of the restaurant and great .hospitality

I spent time at the Old Greek House Hotel on a tour. Its an incredible building. My room was on the terrace. Picnic tables were on the deck so you can sit outside enjoy the view and sun. We stayed two nights in the, over 200 years old, building The old greek house has its name from former greek owners. Which have to leave Turkey in 1920. We only had a lunch there and fell in love with the place. Absolutely great food, delicious!! Authentic greek and turkish cuisine. We were happy to find this place after a full day of sightseeing near Goreme

Service, very very friendly Meal, fantastic Price, really worth what you get Enviroment, beatiful Ms Merve Uzel from Argos in Cappadocia has recommended us to go there and take a lunch. My Sister (a turkish woman) told me that she had a best turkish meal so far in cappadocia in old greek house.

The Mansion known as "Asmali Konak" for years is one of the traditional old Greek Houses in fact. Now, it is in service as a hotel named "Old Greek House". The house has built in 1887, then in 1924; it was given to a family of Salonica as a result of the agreement of the commission for the settlement of the exchange immigrants. In 1938, the house was bought for 10 Turkish Liras by ancestor of Ozturks family, who came to the city as a teacher at that time. Ozturks Family has been lived here until 1992. As of 1992, the house has been designed as a hotel. Now, the hotel attracts attention of customers and visitors by its old traditional style and furniture. In addition, an Italian film "Dervish and his Death" (Dervis ve Olumu) was filmed in that place. Also, Turkey's most popular TV channel is still taking one of its films, "Asmali Konak" in this mansion. OLD GREEK HOUSE (OZTURK HOTEL). Hotel Capacity: 13 Rooms, 32 Beds. Rooms with pleasent view. Ruin and historical views are available. Facilities: Central heating, safe box at reception, 24 hrs room service, outdoor parking, turkish bath, laundry, dry cleaning, baby sitter, tv room, game room, garden, power generator and pets are allowed.
