I was absolutly dreading staying at this hotel after reading all the reviews and I've got to say I don't know what everyone are moaning about....stayed for 8 days and no rude staff.....hotel clean, entertainers and shows were good! Getting to hotel staff were not welcoming, rude when booking was a little miscommunicationed.Hotel was no way a 4 star,rooms where just okay, pool area looked dirty, food was warm never hot. Just not happy asking for information in day out and how to get to airport staff not helpful or English very poor.
