Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms and bathrooms were simple and more than adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food varied every day with large choice. Pool was busy but sun loungers always available. Avoid this hotel if young children irritate you, it didn't spoil my visit but could see it might be a problem for some.

Visited Santa Susanna with family for a short break this August. Hotel Caprici is brilliantly situated right next to the beech, and we were given a superior room with a stunning sea view. Rooms well equipped and modern and cleaned daily by very efficient maids. We have become used to booking all-inclusive but this hotel was on a half board basis. Because of the very poor exchange rate we found it quite expensive for drinks. The food was quite disappointing at first with very poor choice. There seemed to have been a change in staff, or a severe telling off as there was a drastic improvement on day three. We didn't have small children but I did notice a lot of disgruntled people complaining of the lack of choice for their kids. The staff were all very friendly from check-in to bar staff and waiters. The pool bar had very reasonable lunches freshly prepared. Everyone worked hard to make our holiday enjoyable. Despite it being high season, there was no difficulty with loungers. Evening entertainment was fine, with outside acts visiting. A short walk under the sub-way and you have loads of bars and restaurants, and in the evening there were rows of stalls selling all kinds of souvenirs etc..We were blessed with glorious weather and I would certainly recommend the area, and in particular this hotel.

We opted for this hotel thanks to its location at the sea where no street had to be crossed. So the hotel guests can take advantage of the hotel services without any limitation. The sea and the private beach were nice and clean; only after a rainy storm the sea was not crystal clear. In addition, the hotel has a good link to the railway and is not far away from shops and restaurants. The meals served in the hotel were very good and tasty, rooms with a sea view can be recommended to increase the sense of holiday time. We had no troubles with room services.

Single parent with a 6 year old. Arrived in the middle of the night to a warm welcome from night reception staff. At first glance the room seemed clean but there was a few very small stones dotted around the room. This later became clear they were from the beach and they got everywhere so very difficult for cleaning staff to have picked them all up. The shower could have been cleaner but the rest of the bathroom was spotless. Woke up to a fantastic view of the beach and sea from our balcony. The food was very basic but plenty of it, and the dining room was always ran well with plenty of staff on hand. The adult entertainment wasn't great and was made worse by the amount of smoking around the tables. Lots of adults with young children from many countries still seem oblivious to the harms of smoking! (Not the hotel's fault). And the outside bar area could be ran a little better. Perhaps one member of staff for customers who come to the bar and the other staff for the table service. Standing waiting to pay for an ice cream in near 30degree heat means you have a very melted ice cream quite quickly! The kids entertainment team, Xaida and Yana were great. Always trying to involve everyone and varying the activities offered. Facepainting, balloon modelling, swimming games, mini disco + many more. Multi skilled people who clearly love their jobs and never stop smiling - Please thank them personally again from us! The pool was kept well. Be aware that the shallow end was still 1.5m so my 6 year old couldn't touch the bottom to stand. She can swim anyway so this wasn't a problem for us but might be for others. There is no life guard so things can get boisterous at times. The management had to come and tell one group of people to calm down as they were too rowdy in the pool. The location was great. Felt like it had it's own beach because it was so close. Also very close to local shops and weekly market. All in all, worth the money paid and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

First of all after getting there we walk in the hotel to check in and they DEMAND the tourist tax there and then, never happened to me ever before! Room was very small. Usually if the bed needs changing you put the sheets on the floor but our cleaner just put them back on the bed!! Towels in the bathroom the same although usually changed.Food in the dining room was below average and usually lukewarm.Fried eggs were cooked previously and kept in an oven so when replenishing them they are like hard boiled eggs! All other food was not very good either! Second day there we had two phones stolen on the beach, staff in the hotel couldn't care less, right outside the hotel! The hotel bar never opened in the evenings at all! Only one bar outside, not very good and staff rude! Pool was small and overcrowded, not very good! My opinion of this hotel is don't go there ever! It is rubbish! Worst hotel i have ever stayed in! Only good point was that it was on the beach!
