It is 4 stars hotel with poor service. It is one of two hotels right on the beach and, beside the breakfast (same but very rich) there is nothing else good about it. Staff don't know how to be placent or useful. (They don't even try to). Cleanliness is poor. WiFi you get to use for 7 days no metter how long you are staying etc. And if you want to have a lunch in restaurant (bar) which works "under the roof" of the hotel you will wait for your meal at least one hour and half an hour extra to get the bill. There isn't separate room for the last day of your stay to get a shower and get ready (shared with others or not) even if you are ready to pay for it extra. (Only shower inside the spa which you can use). Very dissiponting indeed.

We came here many times during our recent trip in July 2022. The service was outstanding with a special mention to Lisa who delivered fantastic service during our visits throughout our stay. Lisa is a great asset to the hotel & she was the main reason we visited here during our holiday.

The location is great, on the beach and walkable distance to Malgrat de mar where all the bars and restaurants are. Malgrat also has a great beach with a few beach huts for lunch. The reception and lounge around the pool are modern and airy with a great view of the pool and the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. However rooms haven’t had the same upgrade as the reception/lounge. Even though clean they are small and the interior is old-fashioned. We stayed with our 2 teenagers and we had to share 2 double beds. Too small for 4 adults. And only 3 chairs for 4 people. The room is also in desperate need of more sockets and extra bedside tables. The wifi is free but needs an upgrade as it is very slow. The TV channels on offer are very limited and lack some English speaking channels. The quality of the food was ok, meat and fish were often oily and overcooked and not much variety from day to day. The buffet should be more inclusive of food for vegetarians and non-pork eaters. My husband is vegetarian and he had only salad to choose from.

Great hotel, simply and clean. Fantastic service at reception and waiters. Delicious meals. Ideally for families and couples, young and older people. From the hotel you can be directly on the beach Great entertainment in the evenings. We were 2nd time there and we will be back again. Love this place.

I booked Caprici Beach with dinner included as it was listed as a 4 star hotel. (1) THE FOOD was awful. I was expecting 4 star food but the food was more like 1or 2 star. One night we had a ‘paella’ which was made from a stew that was already a leftover I recognised. The ‘hot’ food was never hot at room temperature. The eggs in the morning was always congealed and cold. One morning I asked for freshly fried eggs. After arguing with the chef on why I didn’t want the cold congealed eggs, he then fried 2 eggs in front of me. My delight was short lived as when I sat down to eat it, the white was cooked but the yoke was stone cold. Evidently, the cooking grills were not supposed to cook the foods piping hot. The live cooking was a show prop as it looked good but the foods was never hot enough and was unpalatable. Every night I ended up eating just bread and butter. (2) THE SPA was tiny. The spa was pathetic and the pool was the smallest pool that I’ve ever seen, smaller than domestic pools. I never saw one person using it as it was so tiny. (3) THE ROOM was not 4 star but basic 1 or 2 star. The bedroom was so basic and was deliberately stripped of any 4 star luxury. They only gave 1 charging socket far from the bed. There was only 1 piece of furniture inside the room that was not fixed (the chair). There was not even a bin so I had to leave rubbish by the bed. The balcony had 2 plastic chairs and plastic table.

Stayed 1 night on a road trip. Crowded pool area, but nicely situated on the beach. AC in room defective, temperature still 25 degrees after 10 hours AC, luckily it was around 20 outside so the solution was to keep the balcony door open. Wifi is a joke, but it is 2021 and we have 4G on our devices. There are a lot of similar hotels nearby (ie large mass-tourism hotels) and they ALL have live "entertainment" on a Saturday night. I am writing this review sitting on our balcony, it is 0:30 AM and I can hear at least 4 different "bands" competing in having "the worst ever performance in the history of mankind" It is truly painful to listen to. Think eastern europe amateur artists, a notch worse than your average karaoke friend. Terrible.. But anyway; room is okay, but dirty (dirt in the corners, under the beds, stain on sheets) shower nice, TV is like 5 inches.. (but who cares) , a small fridge is handy, balcony is so close to your neighbor that you will get to know him intimately, staff is polite and serviceminded.

Myself and 3 friends stayed in hotel caprici Santa Susanna were we found that the staff were really rude to us all. I have been to other places in Spain and have never felt like I shouldn’t be there never experienced this type of rudeness when asking if they had pink gin and being told very rudely NO not no sorry we haven’t then on a separate occasion waited at the bar this one night for nearly 20 mins to be served money in my hand only to be ignored and for other people to be served who I felt were either Spanish or regulars to hotel it put a really damper on the night and our holiday in general . And I can honestly say that I would not return or recommend this hotel witch Is four star and the town to anyone . Advised to put complaint in by hotel manager witch we did waited a week for response hadn’t heated so emailed again and yet again no response or acknowledgement from hotel .

Just got back from a 4 night stay. On arrival we we were dropped off across the road which was ok just confusing to find but fine once we located the underpass. The reception is clean tidy and inviting. When we got in our room we found we had no towels and food/drinks were left in the fridge although this was quickly rectified. We stayed full board food was repetitive and very greasy but plenty of salad and bread, same as most inclusive hotels really. We paid to us the 'spa' this was very grotty , mouldy and not worth using, not a Jacuzzi as advertised. The pool area was clean and tidy, the bar was reasonable and the views are great. It is also in a good location. For what we paid it was fine.

We arrived at 11pm on saturday night to a warm welcome by the gentleman on reception. Quickly booked in and as it was late and had missed our evening meal we were given a free lunch the next day which was a bonus. Room was everything you needed and we were lucky enough to have a room with 2 double beds so slept well as had a bed each and with it being warm was great to have the space. Good selection of food at all times even for the fussy kids. Fishfingers, nuggets, chips and pizza were always available. Tables cleared quickly although could sometimes be waiting a while for drinks as only 1 man serving the tables. Some of the staff could do with learning to smile and have some manners, Luanna was our favourite. Lovely young lady who always had a smile and took time to speak. Pool area was always clean and plenty of loungers. Laying by the pool you can see the sea with a lovely beach although bit gritty but who cares if your bathing and laying on a towel. Great to have the choice of areas to sunbathe. In house entertainment was ok although not really for kids. The only negative we found with the hotel is you have to go down the steps through the subway and steps the otherside, ok for the fit and healthy but not so good for those of us with dodgy legs. Lots of shops and market stalls open till late at night and hotel is in a great location. Would go again
